Went to the Southgate store to purchase the 3 day cleanse kit that was advertised in the monthly circular. Mgr says that the Don't have it at this location have to order from the Novi store. He say come back 3-4 days will have for me. I live in west side of Monroe County and with the gas price so high, but wanted to try this product. Went back, not there, will order again. Come back 3-4 days. Called after 4 days, no order. Very frustrating!!!! Rosanne was very accommodating trying to help me with alternatives but by than I was done. Why does a store advertise items but don't have in stocks. Last time doing business with them.

I go here for half my products. Associates are nice and have good selection of items. However, if you are looking for a more knowledgeable staff there is another option I go to. The staff here even though nice really don't know but basic questions of if they carry an item. If I were to go in and speak to someone about products for specific things and need more than basic help you really won't get that here.

Berneadette--I think that's her name--is an incredibly helpful associate. I noticed another reviewer complained about too much info provided by associates. I have to kindly disagree--I've always found the staff amenable to cutting any discussions short too. In this day and age, I felt very fortunate to find a health food store with help that's actually experienced. Please continue to hire health enthusiasts and those with experience. I specifically go out of my way to shop with and support businesses that offer this level of customer service.

Over Information... I really love health and wellness herbal and vitamin shops..My challenge is that simple questions with some store staff can sometimes...not always...turn into an abundance of very detailed information.... overwhelming even. This was my experience today at this Southgate Better Health location. I asked about the best herb for male incontinence and received a full 5 minute lecture on the bladder and how each herb effects if. My immediate intuition and impression silently asked...Are you truly authentic in sharing what I should KNOW...or just using this opportunity to show what YOU KNOW... I ended up doing my own research and just selected the best customer reviews. I'm sure after purchasing my herbs I should have also earned a CEU as well. Lesson: Sometimes you just want a straight forward answer...not a lecture that highlights your training...felt a little narcissistic vibe... Gee! Just shopping in Southgate today. I really enjoy this store. I get all my health Products and holistic products from here at good prices. The prices on the collagen powder are great and the selection of vitamins and essential oils are overwhelming LOL. The employees here are big help if you're not sure what you're looking for.

I have shopped here for the past 5 years and usually I love the customer service but today the cashier tried to charge me $7.99 each for two small soups and justified it by saying they had a price increase. Thank goodness I knew that was wrong and her coworker who was walking by knew that was wrong too and confirmed it by checking the price at the Deli. The soup was only $5.99 each. Please know the food prices if you're going to work the cash register. Food prices are high enough!!

It has Bistro, but is much smaller than one in Grosse Pointe Woods...the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful...please give a 👍if review is helpful - thanks.

To go place for shopping, grocery is fresh and live. So many vegan options for desserts and even snacks, I call it mini-Whole-foods. Surplus variety.. 4 star is for some products being very expensive.. they could make it easy and wish it could be affordable for everyone ..

Very friendly staff, great variety of health products. I wasn't able to get my diabetic vitamins, they were out of stock. I would've given 5 stars but I wasn't offered a rain check.

Open till 9:00 friendly staff and quick in & out. Some basic items are a lot higher and better health then it's your average grocery store but worth it. No crowd

Very friendly staff and willing to help. Some items are expensive, however, they constantly have sales and being a member (free) helps with coupon on non sale items. Market is clean and the Cafe is awesome. Would highly recommend!

Overpriced. Many things not organic. Many things like the breads sit on a shelf and aren't rotated properly, so much of it is bad. I'm leaving...

I normally use their on-line ordering and delivery. Which is fast and easy. Had to go into the store the other day because l was completely out of CBD. They have organic produce, a nice deli and a freezer section. The staff was friendly. They also have a loyalty program. However, some items are a little over-priced.

they have stopped stocking a lot of products. I asked about it a few weeks ago and the woman was really rude and defensive. Tried going back today and they still have not really restocked much. The Dearborn store is 100x better
