Owner is horrible. Begs for money refuses to give reciepts kicked everyone out when covid hit who lost their jobs. He only cares about money. Overrun with bedbugs and roaches. Doors dont all close all the way or has to be forced. He wakes people up at 7 am no matter what asking for money. Rooms are not cleaned completely between guests. Dont provide towels or ice or anything.

Owner is extremely rude we lost our jobs due to covid 19 and he put us on the street after we lived there for 5 months. He called animal control saying we neglected our cats when i drove my boyfriend to work. He threw all of our stuff un the parking lot ruining all i had from my grandmother. He has an illegal grow room in a room there that he allows as long as he gets half the profit and always has police and drug addicts in the parking lot. full of bed bugs and cockroaches. I personally bought all the necessary items to rid the bed bugs and he refused us doing it. It is an all arounf disgusting place.

Best stay for your money downriver. This is my second time staying here. The management these people are talking about in previous posts is gone. Idk what they did BC I stay to myself. However you deal with the owner directly now, who is an awesome guy. He is really curtious, doesn't say much but really takes interest in running his business and watches cameras from home, your vehicle and property is safe. I stayed here while I was waiting for my house to be ready and it was an extended stay. It's very safe. It is a small, local hotel, that mostly natives stay but I would say go ahead and stay here of your from out of town. I never had to go without clean sheets or amenities, flatscreen tvs, you can pay to do LAUNDRY ON PREMISES. Oh and free wifi WITHOUT A CARD LIKE MOST PLACES NOW AND IT'S FAST I WATCH NETFLIX AND NEVER BUFFER. Super clean. Totally worth the money. The inside is cleaner than all of the hotels I stayed downriver. There's a fridge and microwave. Once they gave me an extra roll out bed, for my sleeping arrangements. The rooms are pretty big I seriously fit a pack n play, 2 strollers, a big play yard and an extra bed in mine. Neighbors stay pretty quiet and are respectful of privacy.

Place is horrific. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere.

Rooms are roach infested. Didn't even stay!

Now there are new remodeled rooms housekeeping is great no bed bugs newly remodeled wooden floors painted

This place is filthy dirty and does not supply toilet paper,towels, or soap.

I'm staying here right now. Management is very nice. Free WiFi and cable flat screen TV microwave and fridge.. Will be staying for awhile. No bed bugs or roaches or mice! Besides an obnoxious neighbor everything is great!

After hearing about one renters rants about the conditions of the room he was in I'd rather not rent a room out because who wants to take the chance of getting bed bugs or roaches in their stuff while trying to relax or sleep? Not me! I don't care how cheap it is I'd rather sleep in my van, that's just too gross and unsanitary. No thanks!

Its nasty as hell, found bed bugs and he gave us spray that's not even for bed bugs and water gets turned off. Can't take a shower or brush your teeth. No one over after 10pm, ( what kind of motel does that). I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE ONCE I LEAVE. Been here since sunday, if they won't give me my money back I will call the heath department on them and also the cops. This is the most nasty motel ever.
