I ordered a medium hot cappuccino and a medium hot latte, and the girl who made them handed me two totally cold coffees, and both coffees tasted bad.

I have to be honest with you I have never walked into a Dunkin’ Donuts and had a staff be so unfriendly and rude. You can talk to them and they don’t even answer you. There’s no smile no interaction and they act like they’re doing us a favor by waiting on us. Both of them seem so miserable at their job never said thank you and had an attitude if you ask them for something. It’s such a shame because I really like Dunkin’ Donuts but wow to walk into a restaurant get a rude attitude for no reason is really sad. I will never come back here again.

Was an avid customer at this location but because they lack customer service and sometimes being a little Courteous . I’ve decided to take my money somewhere else. Dunkin’ franchise owners should be held to a different standard. And unfortunately their lack of empathy even if it’s to fix a cup of coffee that costs cents You’ve lost a customer that spend $8-$10 a day five days a week all because you teach you can’t teach your employees to learn how to deal with customers.

Three words: I love it!!!!!! The entire staff is always friendly and caring. Even that is recently open they make you feel like they know you for a long time. They speak very good english as far as I know. Caring staff. I do not have enough words to describe how much I love this DD.

Terrible customer service!! Naomi is so rude and lacks customer service she was also condescending to her employee in front of the customers about whip cream, If the whip cream is extra she should inform the cashier to inform the customer at the register upon ordering also I am pregnant and I needed extra ice and they charged me 53 cents they never smiled once and all the tables were dirty also donuts were stale I will never return thanks Naomi u need customer service training.

If you want to feel 2nd place to the girl texting behind register this is your place . Where is management . She never even looks up to say hello. Never said can I help you.

Due to being busy, staff can struggle to keep up with overall shop cleaning and online orders, which can also take more then usual for a DD.

I was shopping at the local mall and needed a pick me up so stop by this random Dunkin’ Donuts for an iced coffee. I usually go to my local one in Weston and a large iced coffee is 4$ And change. When they bring me up here it was $6.30 and my jaw dropped. The staff member proceeded to tell me that the store is a franchise with a personal owner, who decides to make up the prices. I get it… Inflation, but this is pure robbery even if it’s just for a coffee. All I can say is Karma gets back to greedy people never coming back here.

This Dunkin is definitely one of the best ones I've been to. Their staff is always willing to help and eager to please. They even know my order by heart and have it prepared immediately upon ordering, sometimes it's even ready as soon as I pay. If you like great and affordable coffee combined with superb customer service then this is most definitely the place to go.

Very slow & Inefficiencient service on Sundays. Staff could've been a little nicer. Food was ready but the staff wasn't handing it over.

Guy that served my coffee was cleaning the floor and the he served my coffee without washing hands or not even using sanitizer. It’s disgusting 🤢 His face is also so sad like he doesn’t want to work there anymore. This could’ve been prevented if they have more staff. He probably had no choice but to clean the floor and make drinks at the same time. But next time wash your hands!!

Rude staff with no smile. Eating while working. Long wait, even when I ordered ahead of time. They had not started making my sandwich when I got to the store, which was 15 minutes after I ordered. Will not come back to this store again.

The coffee was good but this location has always had empathetic employees. Could they smile maybe and stay off of their phones?
