I personally will never be back. Ordered a pasta dish, had two bites. It was not good at all, the waitress also brought me a different drink then the one I asked for because they supposedly didn’t have the one I wanted. But I didn’t like the one she brought me so I asked for a different drink and they charged me for both. (I only took a slip out of the first drink.). I went with my family and there fish wasn’t seasoned, and there other food was honestly bad. That being said. It’s like a very cute fake zoo for kids. Animals, and water and cute ambiance. I’m sure if you have the palate of a 5 year old you would also like the food.

Come for the nostalgia, stay for the surprisingly ok food. You don’t come here for amazing food, you come for the over the top decorations and environment. Rainforest Cafe still delivers on kitsch, fake leaves, animatronic animals, and scheduled rainstorms. Their menu includes kid’s staples and other options like flatbreads, nachos, and seafood dishes. They also have classic sugary alcoholic drinks in memorable branded glasses. The salmon shrimp special and pork sandwich were better than expected. Is the food high quality? Not really. Is it super fresh? Probably not. But for a really heavily themed kid’s restaurant, it’s surprisingly ok and plated nicely. If you’re looking for a place that’s fit for your kids or your inner child, this is a great nostalgic spot.

Great dining experience. Food was great except one fundamental yet critical error. Hence the 3 star. Tuna pokeball. Raw fish was served with HOT, steaming bowl of rice without any vinegar seasoning. This is a big no no as hot rice will alter the flavor of the fish. Red color of tuna was changing to slight seared color in the bowl. Not what I was expecting from this type of restaurant that charges this much for their plates. Other plates were great.

Also the service very slow 20 minutes to get drinks 1 hours to get the food and 20 minutes to try to pay !! On the food side was good and tasty big portions!!

Had a ball at Rainforest cafe!!!! I always wanted to go as a child but my dad never took me. Many years later I treated my mom to a lunch date and we had an awesome time!!!! The scenery was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff were all nice. The egg rolls beats Chili’s bar none! The waiter was so sweet and so was the photographer! Seeing the marine life was like a mini trip to the aquarium!

Had my first dining experience here, and I give it a three-star for the inviting atmosphere, also kid-friendly. Phylis, our waitress, was pleasant, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. Opted for the Taste of the Islands, though the food could have been more enjoyable if it was hot; I did mention this to Phylis but chose not to send it back due to the already lengthy wait and I was hungry. We were a small group of four. The burgers were okay, nothing extraordinary, but we did receive four free specialty glasses with our alcoholic drink purchases. I highly recommend the strawberry mojito. They also offer military discounts with proper identification.

Excellent experience at this location. The service was very courteous. Food was perfect and tasty. The kids will love the interior setup - animals and fish tanks. The menu is not elaborate but that also makes it quick. Try sitting near the exhibit for a closer look though it can get a bit noisy.

The place is breathtaking. Fish tanks everywhere, animated wilds animals, etc. it’s an amazing jungle experience for the kids (and the grownup too). The service was perfect. We were served by Lola, she did an amazing job. The food was really great (pictures attached). We enjoyed the alcholics drinks and were able to take souvenir glasses home. If you are not from the US, be sure to try once.

The atmosphere and scenery is very beautiful. A five star was not provided due to the wait time. The wait to be seated and the wait to received the food was too long. The food was delicious.

A wonderful place to be! Terrific theming and atmosphere. Would NOT recommend bringing a child below 3 or 4 years old, they tend to get scared and overwhelmed. The lighting was perfect to not get sensory overload and the noises weren't too loud. The coconut shrimp was spectacular, great portions and unexpectedly spectacular taste. The hostess gave awful service, though. Had to wait for her to stop having a conversation to notice me and some of the animatronics looked as if parts weren't functioning at full capacity and could definitely use an update (though I can understand why they won't, because the place is wonderful regardless!!) But if not definitely need maintenance But those are the reasons for the star off. Other than that? Spectacular experience. A bit pricey, so I'd look at the menu beforehand, but a wonderful experience that everyone should have at least once :)

I love the atmosphere. It was great , service was slow for an empty restat 7:30 pm on a Monday. The food was okay. Our server was okay. Then we wanted to order food to go. He never came around and said the kitchen will be closing in 5, 10 15 minutes, so I couldn't take food home to my daughter. Dessert was the HIGHLIGHT!!

So my expectations for this place were fairly low because usually themed restaurants don't have the best food. The atmosphere is great for kids, my daughter definitely enjoyed it. Drinks are great and fairly priced. Unfortunately, the food was about what I expected. I had An under cooked, super tough top sirloin that made my jaw sore by the end of the meal. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I've seen gas station bathrooms look better. There was grafitti and toilet paper everywhere. If it weren't for that I would have given at least 4 stars.

Rainforest Cafe is one of my favorite restaurant to bring my kids. It's almost like a theme park for them. The ambience is amazing, with forest, animals, noises, lights. They really enjoy it. Souvenir shop is very nice, like Orlando Parks one. Food is very good. In Sawgrass branch, service is not that good. You have to wait a lot of time even with half of the restaurant with empty tables, they do not offer reservations, our starter came to table after main course. Always try to order the lava cake for desert. You will enjoy a nice experience.

Made reservations for lunch today primarily to bring our two young grandson's to eat and watch the animals & fish tanks. They loved it. They were both wowed which makes me super happy. I think the food was good as well as the service. I was a bit disappointed that it is not what it used to be. I remember years and years ago, the whole restaurant would get dark and all the animals would make sounds at the same time and you could see & feel a mist in the air. That didn't happen today. They have sections, like tigers and elephants that "act" every 15mins or so. Again, it was fine for our grandkids but I just know what we had experienced was better.

We were celebrating my son’s 1st year old Birthday on a Wednesday, not a busy night and we had a TERRIBLE experience from the host up to the end. Taking the order took over 30 min 45 Minutes later our food arrived They forgot 1 of the hamburgers Greasy food We requested plates to cut the birthday cake… never arrived… we had to use napkins We requested a lighter and we were ignored Short staff The South Florida experience it really was present here… Don’t even think to celebrate anything special here!!

I went there years ago and remember it being a very nice experience. Yesterday we walk in to get seated and are given the first table to the right which has strollers and luggage pushed up against the chairs. The orders came to us at different times (you don't make a 3 year old wait until his siblings are almost finished eating before serving him.) The food was not anything to brag about, my chicken was as hard as a rock. I Will NOT BE RETURNING!

Brought my daughter here for her birthday and it was her first time here. Thought the experience would be fun for her and it was. The food is nothing to write home about. The shrimp were not fried but seemed microwaved, sent the steak back twice for being overcooked instead of medium it was well cooked almost charred. Burger was ok but by far the best was the Korean lettuce wraps. Our server was attentive and surprised my daughter with the volcano ice cream dessert. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Had lunch today at 1:30pm reservation. The hostess was not very friendly and wanted us to leave the stroller on the side, even though the reservation said to please allow. The appetizer was good but the actual lunch was not so great. Chicken was so cooked that it was hard to bite. Left it almost intact. Server took our order and disappeared, we literally had to ask the manager to help us get refills Main reason for 3 stars is because of the experience and appetizers.

I came to this place and I loved the setting and decoration. Super to bring your child to see something different. The service is super slow, slow to serve you and even slower to bring you the dishes. It took 17 minutes to bring me an apple juice for my son and I won't tell about the delay times for the rest. The food leaves a lot to be desired, it lacks a lot of flavor and comes cold, the best I think were the chicken nuggets and not that much. We arrived at 6:30pm and left at 8:40pm, all because of the delays in the kitchen. Not to mention that we received the appetizer together with the main dishes about an hour and a half later.

A great place to get a bite to eat if you’re shopping at the mall! We ordered the cheetah Rita, the mai tai, and rainbow colada to drink, the awesome appetizers adventure, the rib steak and shrimp trio, and the sparking volcano for dessert! Everything was so good and our waiter Blake did such a great job taking care of us, giving us suggestions, and making sure we had everything we needed during our visit!

I love the idea of the rainforest. It feels like another little world inside there. The monkeys make sound here and there and sounds like a rainforest and the music is nice too! I really like the concept. However the food lacked flavor. Honestly food just felt like it was heated up and put in the plate. I honestly didn’t like anything per say. Its eatable and okay. Just bland. I would recommend Cheesecake Factory better. The food was not it. Disappointed. The only nice thing is the experience of being there and the vibes of the “rainforest” feel. But I wasn’t impressed with the food at all.
