Very unprofessional, looks you up and down and make you feel very uncomfortable while discussing your problems , rude is an understatement, literally told the receptionist to close the window in my face to laugh and giggle behind the glass again making a person feel very u comfortable.. Worried about sale of Esthatician services beyond the appointment. I have never in my life feel so uncomfortable coming to a Dr . Office where staff as well as the Dr herself playing around and making the patient feel uncomfortable. To see her literally hide from her patient to pretend like she was busy really showed me that she really is not too concerned with the patient . This woman has a lot of growing up to do . One month at her practice have made me never want to go here ever again.

Good listener & provided great options. Very comforting. Updating - Dr Ali has not only solved 1 issue with me she solved TWO. The second being an issue that even an ENT specialist didn’t seem to solve. If I could give her more stars I would!!

SHORT Summary: Office clean, staff is nice. Dr. Ali has horrible hygiene and bad bed side manners. DETAILED Summary: I had a horrible experience with this office! I was in need of a new PCP because I hadn't had a regular check up since pandemic of 2020. I was hopeful coming to this office after reading the reviews. On my appointment the waiting area was clean and Yami the receptionist was extremely nice. The nurse that escorted me to the exam room was nice as well and prior to taking my vitals she sanitized her hands (although I would've much preferred the hand wash but nonetheless it didn't bother me). She then proceeds to ask me several health questions which I also find to be normal. As she proceeds to leave, she then told me the doctor will see me in a few. A few minutes later, in comes a young girl who was nice but she introduced herself as the medical student or resident. She sanitized her hands, took my vitals again and asked the same questions the nurse asked me moments ago. She then leaves and says the doctor will be with me in a few - I was starting to get annoyed. Finally after some time of waiting Dr. Ali barges into the room without knocking or washing/ sanitizing her hands and begins to touch me while asking the same health questions as the other two. I was upset! I had no idea what room she'd come from or what she'd been touching prior to entering the room. I work in a hospital and know what the protocols are - I really wish I would've said something to her but because she was also accompanied with the medical student/ resident, I didn't want to embarrass her. I felt like Dr. Ali rushed through her time with me. I was so put off by by her bedside manner that I asked the receptionist to see if I can make all of my future appointments virtually. Within that first visit I did blood work and had a telemed follow up with Dr. Ali. On the second approintment, Dr. Ali informed me that my white blood count was low and the she needs me to come into the office again to redo the test. I did it again within the following week. Again results come back low, next thing you know Dr. Ali frantically calls me and says that I need to come into the office right away because of how dangerously low my white blood count are. Keep in mind I feel fine - no dizziness, no weak spells, nothing. On the video call Dr. Ali looked so worried and I started to become scared. I was like can you break it down to me? Are you not telling me something? I honestly felt like she didn't want to tell me I was dying or something LOL. All she kept repeating is that I will be getting sick and that I would now need to see a hematologist. I told her that I will find my own hematologist (she sent me the prescription) and I will not be going to her office but instead to an actual Quest Lab. Surely enough I did my blood test the next day of speaking with her and everything including white blood count was good!! I think her office waited too long to spin the blood samples - God knows how many other patients they scared with the results. In short, the staff here is awesome but Dr. Ali has horrible hygiene and bedside manners - what good is an office if the doctor is horrible? Not to mention they charge me close to $200 bucks out of pockets for the 2 tele med calls I did. I regret ever wasting my time to come here.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Dr. Ali and her associates provide a welcoming, friendly, and comforting atmosphere. Dr. Ali always comes in with a smile, takes her time to make sure she answers all of your questions, explains her recommendations, and addresses any concerns you may have. Incredible bedside manners! I’ve done botox with Dr. Ali herself and I know it takes a couple weeks for Botox to fully take affect but…. I noticed such a huge difference in the first 24 hours alone! She has a great technique and follows up to make sure you’re happy with your results. I highly recommend Dr. Ali, not only for your cosmetic purposes, but as a primary physician. I’ve experienced other physicians and, truthfully, Dr. Ali has been one of a kind, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about taking care of others as a doctor.

She was an amazing PCP, kind of sad that she isn’t doing primary care anymore just med spa. Wish I could’ve gotten a heads up so that I could find another physician.

I highly recommend visiting Aurora Primary Care office. Not only is the staff so polite and welcoming, but so is Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. The first doctor that has been able to help me and the first doctor to explain things in a kind, professional manner. Starting with a new doctor is something I’ve always dreaded doing, but I’m so glad I stumbled across Dr. Ali’s page. As a doctor, she provides the support that all doctors should offer to their patients. It makes the overall experience 10x better when visiting your PCP.

Dr. Ali is very professional, and connects with her patients in a human to human level. She was very thorough with her questions and set up the steps for follow up right away. Overall a great experience. Only one comment to note, the wait time can be well past your appointment time. So give yourself plenty of time to be there.

I give Dr Sadie no stars .. how do you loose someone’s blood work ? Unprofessional and unacceptable. A quick 5 mins is all I got from the Dr but some how enclosed a specific diagnose. Prior to that my diagnosis was misleading and backed up with no evidence ( considering they lost my blood results ?! ) don’t recommend waste of time
