DETAILED
Summary:
I
had
a
horrible
experience
with
this
office!
I
was
in
need
of
a
new
PCP
because
I
hadn't
had
a
regular
check
up
since
pandemic
of
2020.
I
was
hopeful
coming
to
this
office
after
reading
the
reviews.
On
my
appointment
the
waiting
area
was
clean
and
Yami
the
receptionist
was
extremely
nice.
The
nurse
that
escorted
me
to
the
exam
room
was
nice
as
well
and
prior
to
taking
my
vitals
she
sanitized
her
hands
(although
I
would've
much
preferred
the
hand
wash
but
nonetheless
it
didn't
bother
me).
She
then
proceeds
to
ask
me
several
health
questions
which
I
also
find
to
be
normal.
As
she
proceeds
to
leave,
she
then
told
me
the
doctor
will
see
me
in
a
few.
A
few
minutes
later,
in
comes
a
young
girl
who
was
nice
but
she
introduced
herself
as
the
medical
student
or
resident.
She
sanitized
her
hands,
took
my
vitals
again
and
asked
the
same
questions
the
nurse
asked
me
moments
ago.
She
then
leaves
and
says
the
doctor
will
be
with
me
in
a
few
-
I
was
starting
to
get
annoyed.
Finally
after
some
time
of
waiting
Dr.
Ali
barges
into
the
room
without
knocking
or
washing/
sanitizing
her
hands
and
begins
to
touch
me
while
asking
the
same
health
questions
as
the
other
two.
I
was
upset!
I
had
no
idea
what
room
she'd
come
from
or
what
she'd
been
touching
prior
to
entering
the
room.
I
work
in
a
hospital
and
know
what
the
protocols
are
-
I
really
wish
I
would've
said
something
to
her
but
because
she
was
also
accompanied
with
the
medical
student/
resident,
I
didn't
want
to
embarrass
her.
I
felt
like
Dr.
Ali
rushed
through
her
time
with
me.
I
was
so
put
off
by
by
her
bedside
manner
that
I
asked
the
receptionist
to
see
if
I
can
make
all
of
my
future
appointments
virtually.
Within
that
first
visit
I
did
blood
work
and
had
a
telemed
follow
up
with
Dr.
Ali.
On
the
second
approintment,
Dr.
Ali
informed
me
that
my
white
blood
count
was
low
and
the
she
needs
me
to
come
into
the
office
again
to
redo
the
test.
I
did
it
again
within
the
following
week.
Again
results
come
back
low,
next
thing
you
know
Dr.
Ali
frantically
calls
me
and
says
that
I
need
to
come
into
the
office
right
away
because
of
how
dangerously
low
my
white
blood
count
are.
Keep
in
mind
I
feel
fine
-
no
dizziness,
no
weak
spells,
nothing.
On
the
video
call
Dr.
Ali
looked
so
worried
and
I
started
to
become
scared.
I
was
like
can
you
break
it
down
to
me?
Are
you
not
telling
me
something?
I
honestly
felt
like
she
didn't
want
to
tell
me
I
was
dying
or
something
LOL.
All
she
kept
repeating
is
that
I
will
be
getting
sick
and
that
I
would
now
need
to
see
a
hematologist.
I
told
her
that
I
will
find
my
own
hematologist
(she
sent
me
the
prescription)
and
I
will
not
be
going
to
her
office
but
instead
to
an
actual
Quest
Lab.
Surely
enough
I
did
my
blood
test
the
next
day
of
speaking
with
her
and
everything
including
white
blood
count
was
good!!
I
think
her
office
waited
too
long
to
spin
the
blood
samples
-
God
knows
how
many
other
patients
they
scared
with
the
results.
In
short,
the
staff
here
is
awesome
but
Dr.
Ali
has
horrible
hygiene
and
bedside
manners
-
what
good
is
an
office
if
the
doctor
is
horrible?
Not
to
mention
they
charge
me
close
to
$200
bucks
out
of
pockets
for
the
2
tele
med
calls
I
did.
I
regret
ever
wasting
my
time
to
come
here.
