    Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Management need to higher more people or retrain the employees. There should be no reason why a person has to wait more than 30 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead. When I asked the young lady at the window about the long wait she stated it was because the lady ahead of me wanted a hot coffee. There is no way 1 coffee takes over 30 minutes it’s Starbucks for crying out loud.

    Someone needs to run an audit on the manager of this location. I used to be a regular before I moved states a year and a half ago. Came back to my hometown starbucks and the entire atmosphere has changed completely. Employees are trying their best but seem miserable and overwhelmed. The place has gone down hill and I suspect baristas are being treated like expendable slaves. DO BETTER STARBUCKS you have lost a loyal customer due to your corporate coldness.

    Didn't have items we ordered, including milk. Then, still charged upcharge for cream or coconut milk. So many items not available that we left with nothing.

    Impressed!! I overheard the baristas talking and they actually were making sure the espresso shot was pulled between 15-30 seconds!!! They actually tossed my shot that had gone over time and gave me a new one that was pulled at beautiful 17 seconds. As someone who worked at an independent coffee shop for 3 years when I was younger, I was so ecstatic! The employee was super passionate. Reminded me of me when I was his age ☕️❤️

    I was waiting there for 15 minutes and still not recieved my 4 drinks because the employees were having a conversation and playing with a friend that was hanging out there. The friend was throwing coffee beans at all the girls playing there.The employees friend was allowed to literally put his hands on the coffee beans they used to make coffee. NOT SANITARY!!! HOW COULD THEY ALLOW THAT?The employees and the guy were having a great time not doing their job.I asked for a refund because I never received my drinks and they ended up not giving me the refund but charging me double. I had to call customer service to get the refund.

    Just received the most fantastic tasting brown sugar espresso made by a god like barista named Nick, best drink I've ever received in my life from Starbucks it was so creamy and delicious and beautifully made, such attention to detail and a uniquely special experience. Whatever clown is in charge of this place needs to promote him ASAP

    Worst one I have been to it took 27 min to get 3 sandwiches and forever to get a cup of ice and and empty cup store was not to clean and the tables smelt like wet socks yuck, not going back to this one just horrendous

    We used this as a pick up spot. Not much to elaborate on. They didn't forget anything, which was pleasant! And the items were all together and separated from other orders, which makes the grab easy! Kudos!

    Came thru the drive thru yesterday and got a Oleato shaken espresso without milk and was delicious. Todays manager was rude and decided not to customize poor customer service i used to visit this location almost everyday 👎

    When the drive thru girl is too busy taking others orders she forgets to scan your rewards but takes your cash and then says OH it’s too late to scan your stars! Maybe if they actually paid attention to the person on the window and what they were saying instead of running orders for their times. The best part is she thought sorry was good enough. It wasn’t I lost $20 worth of stars on my app because she couldn’t check the phone and decide taking the cash was more important. Starbucks is going down hill with customer service experience. Terrible. Id rather get my coffee at McDonald’s and that says a lot.

    I accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks and they were incredibly helpful and quick with fixing the situation, especially when I was in a rush. 10/10 would come back again !

    It depends on the day but this Starbucks location is cozy enough to study, work and meet with friends. The outside sitting area is kept clean.

    the baristas are super kind , if they are sold out of an item it’s not their fault it’s just a supply chain shortage issue. they are super warm welcoming :)

    Coffees are good, they do make them hot and service is fast. I placed my first mobile order at this location and the coffees were ready when I got there and were still hot. I would definitely come back again.

    Frozen beverage came with two large cubes - they didn't blend the beverage enough. Bogus servers! Sorry I gave them a $5 tip. This was drive through experience.

    Placed an order online so we don’t have to wait in the drive-through line. When we arrived at the store it was closed we had to make the line and it took over 30 minutes. Once the order was received one of the drinks was completely melted because it was sitting so long. I would totally understand if you would shut that door off on the app before someone places an order.

    Pure garbage. Update your signs on the window if you are closed. This one woman looked at me when I signaled if it was closed or not at the drive thru and she looks at me like a deer in the headlights and ignores me not letting me know if they are closed. So I’m confused because the sign says it closes at 11, but I was there 30 mins before, so I waited and waited and was seeing if this girl would come to the window or not to let me know if it’s closed. I find out it was closed from a gentleman inside the store. Thanks for wasting my precious time and fix the sign you have on your window.

    Caramel macchiato without the caramel...its the best part of the drink🤷🏾‍♀️! The server acted like I was doing the most asking for her to put some caramel on the drink! I buy this drink almost every day so a little caramel would be nice please...and thank you!

    I always enjoy going there. The drive thru staff is always efficient and friendly. They take time to answer your questions and make sure you get the food and drinks that you want.

    Fast and accurate. People are just crazy. The staff is always accommodating. I'm surprised at some of these reviews. These are some of the best Starbucks employees in the biz. Iv frequented this one on multiple occasions. NEVER had a problem.

    Very watered down. At least the caramel macchiato is. My wife and I have tried many times. It’s either watered down or missing some type of flavor. Night and day difference compared to the one on 184 and Pines blvd. Manager, if you are reading this, go try their macchiato.

    I am so disappointed! This Starbucks didn’t have coffee! I could not believe it. I wanted to order a black coffee and the lady said “ we don’t have hot coffee”.

    They do not follow the instructions/ modifications. I got out in the rain for a tasteless drink. Had to go back in line to have it remade correctly. They have messed up on another occasion, but I assumed things had gotten better.

    Update your hours in Google Business Manager. It shows open at 5am on Sunday but you don’t open until 530. Also- some general business/human advice for you. If people are standing outside and you’ve made eye contact with them, perhaps have some decency and just wave and signal that you aren’t open yet, rather than ignore them. This is a suggestion to management as it’s your duty, as a manager, to instill this ideology in your junior staff.

    What happend to Starbucks?!?! It was bad enough one overpaid for coffee, but the experience was good. Now drive thru is 20 minutes long to start, your lucky if they have a full menu and the service is bad. But not fair to point at one location and certainly the job is hard, but shame in the company for letting things get to that level and continue to raise prices. Or maybe shame on me for paying that for coffee?

    I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual, there was a super sweet girl named Sarah at the window. She was so enthusiastic and was very interested with my day and weekend plans. We ended up getting into a little conversation while I was waiting for my food and she made my day. She made me smile :) Promote Sarah!!!! Amazing young girl ☺️
