This park needs restoration seriously. It can still attract people and events if good care is taken. It also needs public toilets

It's very peaceful and they need to put little effort into cleaning daily and the toilet situation is beyond me. I don't understand y Soweto parks don't have toilets or usable ones at least. Security is visible these always traffic offices. They need to fix the kids' playing area as nothing is usable. Good gyming equipment, they just need to maintain and have a security looking after that section cause since the swings are not working they swinging there.

The government can do better with recreational parks in Soweto. So much can be explored by the youth in this park like music, art, educational exhibitions etc. But it's not well taken care of

😐 The memorial tower with the 10 chapters of the freedom charter worth a visit. However, the whole area very neglected and dirty. Why the residents of Soweto take so little pride in their history is a mistery to me.
