First Time at the branch, the Gentleman was very patient, very understanding.

The way the staff behave at this store is a reflection of management. They are rude and arrogant. Been there twice to send a parcel and both experiences were horrendous. Will definitely not be using them again

My parcel was in front of there eyes I waited 15minutes for it even though they weren’t busy Worst experience ever. How do we collect or send a parcel on a Saturday, if a person works Monday to Friday?

The website says it's open but when I get here their closed
