Great products display, customer service perfect and great way to manage queue. Longest time on queue is 60 to 120 seconds not longer than that. A very busy store indeed, selling fresh food

I was just disappointed to see they don't have fruit salad nor smoothie... As for the sir juice immune boosters why do you only sell them when they are on special?... And by the way people be waiting on long lines to pay during the week during the month... Please invest on more tellers

It's frustrating when LSM seems to dictate the range of products offered, especially when I compare Jabulani Mall's Food Lover's to the impressive selection at Waterfall Ridge. The most significant blow to my local Food Lover's has been the disappearance of my go-to items. This, more than anything, has driven me away as a customer. One small gripe: navigating around a giant pallet blocking the aisle on my recent visit felt like a needless waste of time. But stepping back from that annoyance.

Got everything I needed I'm a huge fan of their vege combos and was pleased to see that they had gone back to being reasonable the lines were fast moving I appreciate their effort thanks jabulani fruit and vege

Love their cooked meals ,the way it's sooo good ,there's always a long que... And also their food is fresh ...I love their bd cakes and other bakery options . However, I'm not a fan of their beef n onion pie.

I went to shop today at my favourite market, the service was phenomenal...and impressive......

Although overall satisfied but there are ginger cakes which are labelled as 12s and yet there is only 10 of them in the package! I have been buying them for quite some time now until today when I asked one of the employees why that is so and she simply replied that it was a mistake! Kindly rectify this issue because I feel cheated somehow! Thank you.

Bad service, the cashiers chat with each other and expect people to put their own groceries in plastics which they just throw on the food. I will go westgate and hillfox were customer service is respected.

The renovations they've done in the front of the store have made the space look cleaner and more spacious. The service was quick and the consultant was nice.

I was not happy with the fruits. I threw some away because they were raw and not worth keeping. I wish I would find the Same quality of products as in white areas

Before i went to the shop i withdrew money from the ATM then i did my grocery when its time to pay i only had cash for incase the is an issue with their spit point dew to lowshadding then boom one of the R200 had a small tear on the corner they said they can't take it all the Numbers and even the coat of arms not even a sign that they dont take money that is teared nothing but as for my R200 it wasn't bad because you cant even see am very disappointed with the service i received

I went to buy a carrot cake yesterday, the cake is not fresh at all and my family couldn't even eat it🥺 I don't have the exact slip but I have that slip you get when you use your card to purchase. I am very disappointed as I opted for them instead of Shoprite as they sell fresh food

I had a great shopping experience even though I couldn't find some of the stuff I needed: braai sauces for chicken, I was looking for different flavours and I hope in my next visit will find exactly what I need but overall the service was great
