Great place to buy food. All their products are fresh and the packages they use are environmentally friendly, they can be recycled. It's also a great place to buy clothes.

I visited at the wrong time when it was load-shedding. Even though this Woolies doesn't represent 'that' Woolies class, maybe it's because of the market they're targeting in this area. The music sound was very unbearably high, cold drink fridge had a limited stock. Generally, it has a limited variety to choose from. Although I wasn't impressed by this store, but it still better than other stores.

What a retailer with quality goods and quality food at a reasonable and affordable prices. Healthy welcoming sorroundings personnel always at service to any customer keeps on changing now and then for the good course every product they sell especially food is ever fresh and of the highest standard the aroma especially in the food department is appealing makes every customer salivate

I think they should invest more on customer service especially on the grocery side... I can't be looking around for someone to help me when I can't find something... Sales people should be ready available

Like any other Woolworts did not find any thing different there's W foods and clothing only . Woolies keeping up their standards here

Wonderful shopping experience, latest apparel like in sandton so yah thanks for that, food always fresh, staff always friendly like the usual woolies you'd go to, they never disappoint but can they please bring in country road inside their store as well unlike driving to the other malls for that but I love their woolies difference lol

Yesterday my whole day was messed up as I went to WW Maponya mall looking for Black school shorts, I have been looking for these shorts since last year October, but battling to get them. Maponya looked on their system and they said I can go to Eastgate, when I got to Eastgate they only have a few sizes and they said the system says they are some in Trade route mall, they called Trade route WW for me and they confirmed that they don't have the pants. I'm ways so disappointed ended up calling customer care, hopefully I will get some assistance 😥

Wow! I honestly don't like Maponya mall but Woolworths service is the best than all shopping inside maponya mall. Staffs are friendly, stocks are always neat and always in the shelves. I'm coming back for more shopping 😁

Just loved the effectiveness of the staff and the short check out time. Their fresh produce are quality, alway fresh and on top of that organic. I also like the fact that their products are sustainable and environmental friendly. They are really trying very hard to be carbon neutral. And some of their products are made from recycled materials, including some clothes. 😁😁😁

Attention Management: Is there any reason why for the past three months the trolley sanitizing wipes dispenser is not working or always empty? Then there's a table with bucket and tissues next to it a sanitizer bottle. Which is meant for temporary use granted. Isn't a health hazard for everyone to be touching that bottle just so they can sanitize their trolley? Please resolve this issue as a matter of urgency!

Long ques and there was only one person on the till. It's such a disgrace to be waiting long in the que. The rest of the tills there was no one. Some customers ended up returning their items because of the que. I fail to understand why the rest of the stuff were not assisting the one person at the till to keep the long que short. Such a disgrace and I'm deeply disappointed. Is this the kind of customer experience/service Maponya woolworths provides?
