I am so unhappy with their buying terms and conditions, my heavily pregnant sister had to leave her home only because i could not be assisted even though she had written a clear letter for me to use her account. Now i need to exchange the blazzer because it is big and im still told she should write a letter stating that i need to exchange. All thanks to Mimi Mbalati the store manager as well as Sezvile (I hope I got the name right), they were so kind, patient and polite to me and my mom yesterday when looking for an outfit under immense pressure. They deserve promotions!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

They send you store cards only to decline you instore. The trip you take for a mall for nothing

I'm so disappointed Truworths Maponya mall, I made a layby and when I went there to take it they saying they are off line I went on the 15,16, and on Sunday, I call them again today on Tuesday they said they are still offline and I have to travel to Limpopo so sad,
