The queues are very long and there's not much really much service,I always struggle to get the trolly in store. The stuff is not friendly ,their just always so gloomy 😕

Grab and go convenience of grrat quality fresh produce. Just wish wooolworths could deliver at least at the stores.

Woolworths is a great place to shop, the only issue is the long queues and melted ice cream, I love Woolworths ice cream but the storage and logistics is not great, instead of getting 2 liters of ice cream expext, 1,8L or even 1.5L really disappointing...(all Woolworths branches not only Jabulani) To avoid long queues, arrive earlier... The other disturbing issue, is their reward system, just a waste of time, no real rewards really... The stores are great though, staff is always friendly....

Perfect for shopping, mostly quality food. Very clean at all times

Out of 8 tills only 3 were opened in the food section. Queue moved very slow and wasn't even packed. Clothing area is well stocked but I'll suggest that if you see something you like buy it right then, because Jabulani customers are spenders. You see an item today, tomorrow it's finished.

Literally my favourite store in the whole entire mall, as it has an option to buy food and get something to wear in the same place.

My only wish would be to use actual prices not 35% off stickers then your jaw drops🤯 when you get to the till. Paste the prices big to see and next to it explain your discount code etc.😊

Reminds of me of my late mother. How she'd send me to Woolworths to pay her account because she hates queuing. Woolworths Jabulani Mall holds a sentimental value for me to some degree.

Woolworths is one of the best brands that does its best to uphold their high standards of customer service. I would like to enquire from why you have listed on this platform that your Jabulani Store opens at 8am on Saturdays. It’s 8:40 and store is still closed?

The Jabulani store is redundant. They have basic things one can find at any other store. They don't have a variety of teas and coffees like all woolies stores which means 1 has to drive out to the suburbs for chai tea and latte. Their fridges are empty most of the time, so fruits n veggies are always finished. Totally a waste of store space

The queue was long but it went by quickly because all the tills were manned.

Cashiers need more training on customer service she entered wrong amount did not apologize instead swipped card for the second time causing double bank charges

I'm not happy with soft scoop ice cream I bought there on Wednesday it's like water the colour looks light the berries syrup is not even there it tastes aowuful

My wife and I went to exchange clothes that we bought online but were too big for our kids. There were 3 ladies who were helping each other with the process, which was good (they tried to speed up the process). The other lady, within the 3, whose name tag was not visible, was just moody, from when I greeted her, you could tell that she's somehow disgusted, not sure as to why, but her face was not a face a customer would be happy to see. After everything was done, we thanked her as we left with all the help she has given us with the other ladies, and she just kept quiet. This is a very bad way to treat a customer.

Big up to the 2 ladies that are working at the chicken department. I was there on Sunday. The chicken was finished guess what They were patiently .....they told us that the chickens are finished next order will come out after 1hour 30 minutes .We patiently wait as well as customers because Woolworths chickens are very nice I don't wanna lie . They count us accordingly because the quee was too long reason being so that the other customers must not wait for nothing. I don't know their names but they know what a customer service is....

A manager by the name of Pasi (surname unknown) is one of the most diligent, efficient and praiseworthy managers I’ve interacted with and affords customer concerns/complaints the dignity they deserve. She raises the Woolworths banner high and she’s an excellent hire!

Was at the shop and was busy on fone for sometime the annoying part is "Security" was following me as if am a shoplifter, bad thing is shoplifters never have time to speak on fone and they never notice them nxa!
