Long queues, do not go there towardss monthend, any day from 25 to 10, it is too packed and somewhat lines move slow. Variety of things to buy including tv's, clothes and groceries.

The store is clean, good ambience, generally good customer service. It is big and most of the time have many customers especially this time of the month. On the 28th April I was very disappointed. There were more than 1 price tags in some grocery items. I asked one lady staff member, wearing Pick n Pay uniform. She said it's a mistake but her attitude was so bad and no apology! Then I found same mistake in another item as my photos show. This is confusing customers! We just guess the lower price is the right one. The queues are always too long. Open more tills especially month end to improve service. Pick n Pay Maponya merchandisers you can do better than that. The only Hypermarket in Soweto. It's busier since it was not looted, some customers still buy there even when their malls are back to normal. It's my favorite grocery store. I always give you a good score. This is to correct mistakes and help keep you on top.

In this busy time they off line not announcing at the entrance so that ppl done queue. They taking cash....no order they don't care bcoz they don't have a competitor the alone n feel they own the world.

Seemingly this pick n pay has new staff. I no longer see many staff standing around doing nothing while there are long queues.

Queues can be annoying as they categorized so if not paying attention you can end up in the wrong one. Not sure if their fridge function properly I always have badluck of buying spoilt chicken, like happened twice.

It has all the home appliances you will need from kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and out door gardening stuff. It's just that the queue lines are extremely long.

The supervisor / mamager was so friendly. God bless him abundantly.

Pick Pay Hiper is a nonvinient store to buy from. You finf everything where you expect it and they never run out of stock. The best is the happy and helpful cashiers.

It is always easy and convenient to shop at this hyper store. There is enough floor space between the aisle. It is pretty well organised and provide labels to all the different stores departments. It offers a wide range of items, from food, clothing, electronics, outdoor and gym accessories, toiletry, pharmacy, fresh produce and bakery. The queuing system works conveniently, differentiated into bulk, convenient and elders. The fact that you can find almost everything you want, makes it a convenient store for me 🙂🙂

It's always full. The question becomes is it busy then again the cashiers are very relaxed and take their time

Very poor service with the cashiers and the packers regularly having a running commentary about other colleagues, customers, etc. You are lucky if you are greeted...

Pick and pay us spacious and sells both food items and tech equipment like TV sets. Many people shop there so the queues can be long.
