Ample parking. Safe as safe goes in South Africa...banking mall/area. Enough shops , fast food places..haven't seen any day security guards...

This must be the worst Shoprite store in the country. It is smelly and many of the fresh produce is sub standard/rotten. There is a terrible smell at the veggies, freezer and butchery section. Who manages this store? There is definitely no pride.

Shoprite isn't really a place I enjoy shopping at especially this one. Its filthy and has a horrible smell. The cashiers can't greet and just the staff in general are very moody. I try by all means not to shop here at all however I like their ginger and dhania so I prefer getting it here.

Lines does not always go too fast esp during month ends.More packers are needed at the tills to help mitigate queues

Why is the kiosk unable to let you pay when you have 1 item? This is a problem with Shoprite nationally only in Pietermaritzburg they allow to pay @kiosk 1-3 items Jhb really needs to get with the program! Online times don't correspond with store times. We waste our time to be at the store at 7am only for them to tell you it opens at 8. Yet it clearly shows online that they are open for business. It's misleading!

There was no service at the Bakery. Waited to buy cake and left as was in a hurry. But eitherwise just above moderate seevice💕

I've shopped at Shoprite for years now. A place that I trust, so much so that I never check the expiration date on the products they sell. To my dismay I found a produc(pack of Nik Naks) that's stale. No wonder they had a special buy 2 for R17. Without realizing we bought 4 pack 3 cheese and 1 chillies cheese flavour. And it is the chillie cheese flavour that's stale and only to find out has no expiring date on it. Does a person now have to check the expiration date on every product that's bought at Shoprite Eldorado Park? I'm very displeased by this because my daugters were eating it and I only found this out half way through😡😡😤

Shoprite Eldo’s is a mess You can never tell yourself you are just going to grab a few things and get out of there as soon as possible There’s always long queues every given day They say some tills are out of order The manager is sitting on the phone in her office There’s no leadership at this store I offer to quit my job and sort out this mess at Shoprite Shoprite can make more money I can get all those tills fixed I can get all those people packing our groceries to sit on tills I can make sure that the lines go much quicker I’m raising my hand to sort out this mess at Shoprite Eldorado Park
