Had paper in my burger. Sent a video and my food was replaced, the lady I spoke to was patient and understanding. They were very professional and polite. Awe inspiring. I'm so proud, giving Kasi a good name and changing the black business stereotype.

You either choose to dine In or take out. Choice is yours. Some staff members sometimes female or male have a Kak attitude as thou they do not know where they are. All this for no apparent reason. However I get what I need and step on. But In general service is good.

Bought food there on the 1st September 2023 at the Rockville outlet. Tried to notify the store of the condition of my food, they said management will handle the issue. Burnt food has never tasted good. Continuous disappointments. I even sent them pictures. I sent a message to the 060 number. They said they'd forward the message, and pictures to management. Clearly this isn't the first time. This has happened to me before, and no one addressed this.

I don't know if it's me or what but been having badluck when making an online orders cause it's my 3rd time such happens where I place an order and get excuses about the delivery guy ,such happened last year and I stopped ordering via whatsapp, today here am I trying my luck by placing an order at 15:36pm and waited for more than an hour for my food,no communication about what's happening had to ask that kanti what time should I expect my order and the question I got was haven't I received my order meaning if I didn't ask they were not going to say anything so I just had to cancel the order Siya can whoever that's handling the whatsapp or online orders communicate with customers on things like how long does it take to prepare our food and estimated time of delivery cause I'm honestly mad nje that I had the excitement of eating the food then boom such happens.. I am very disappointed by the service in Rockville. I went there yesterday waited for 30 minutes for our kotas as if that is not enough people who came after me were given their food before me. I would understand if they bought dagwoods or different food but they also bought kotas! Please improve the service level in Rockville
