Zuki's AutoDelivery is such a convenient service to have in place. Zuki has amazing customer service, always responding very professionally and promptly.

I have a repeat order with Zuki. In the last 8 or so months there has been a "stock issue " every month except for one month. And I've pre-ordered so its not exactly a surprise. They don't notify you and when you haven't got your order after a week then you get told about the stock problem. Their prices are good and they carry some brands I really like but the overall experience is very mediocre. Their vouchers don't work and trying to use loyalty points on a repeat order appears to be mission impossible. Not great

Awesome. İ always know when I will receive a delivery. I am kept informed until I receive the food. The price is better than buying from the shops. Wish they would do the same for my cat food which is Royal Canın and Ultra Pet.

Great service and a very convenient model - set up recurring deliveries for pet essentials and have them show up at your door when they're needed. The only reason it's not five stars is the range of products has shrunk a bit since I started using them, not as many brands as I would have liked. But if they do stock what you need, you can't ask for a better customer service experience.

I think I'll be staying with zuki for my cat orders going forward. I was unhappy once with a delayed order but they were quick to respond and remedy it and dispatched the order quickly with a replacement. One order had a free weruva gift which my cats enjoyed. I also like how incredibly interactive they are, very quick to respond to emails. I'm also happy with the wide variety of cat food, I can try different things when my cats tire of one food. Also lots of cat treats to choose from.

The staff are always helpful, friendly, courteous and polite. The deliveries are regular, but the drivers are not always very good about delivering things directly to me and make little effort to accommodate my work schedule.

Have place 3 order over the last 4 months. Would definitely recommend them. Prices are fair and delivery in 3 days.

It took 10 business days from placing order to actual receipt. This despite me following up on day 5. By day 8 I went to an actual pet store and bought food. Now i have lots of food. Maybe good for recurring orders but for once offs you need to plan ahead or just go to the actual shops yourself!

This lack of transparency is alarming, especially when you need to speak to someone urgently when something goes wrong. The 'freebie' offered was a bait-and-switch, with terms and conditions conjured up post-purchase. My attempts to communicate were met with unhelpful responses, and the customer service team's evasiveness shows a stark lack of accountability. This experience has been more than frustrating; it demonstrates a fundamental disregard for basic consumer service standards.
