Driver didn't pitch at my place😔😔 but reported that I was not available. But me and family waited for the delivery the whole day. Sad for my child to hear that the driver lied on the report. Today we still going to wait again and see if the driver will come on the second day or lie again. Oh and the parcel was for my son as it was his BIRTHDAY, sad indeed

The service is fast once you are inside but they tend to take longer to open the gate after you ring the bell even during working hours, so you have to be patient sometimes, anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

A had a very bad experience today at this particular soweto branch, the guy sitting at reception threatened me and accused me of telling him how to do his job because I kept asking why he could not help me with a Mr delivery application and explain to me how it works. The website says operating hours are 10am -7pm, I got there at 14:00, asked the man sitting at reception to take me through the process of becoming a partner on Mr delivery, he said he could only assist me tomorrow, on Wednesday when I asked why hr could not assist me today on Tueday he quickly got angry and started shouting at me, accusing me that I am telling him how yo do his job and if I start recording him we would have a problem, he said this getting out from behind his desk. A lady came by from the back, tried to assist me- she told her to go back and I am a problem. This is obviously a great business model and absolutely amazing that you are making the servive much accesible to the township areas, unfortunate when the people representing the business do not share the same values as those of the business.

Whenever I call your office it becomes pure luck if the phone call is answered. I don't understand why don't you pick up the phone!!!

Delivery moved from 25th to 30th with no sight of any parcels at 17H01....really. Common guys be passionate about your jobs. South Africa has a high rate of unemployment. If you can't deliver, make space for someone who can.

They need to employ more people at the front desk, only one person was confirming orders and returns, I’ve been waiting in the queue for more than 15 minutes and it kept on getting longer, while the lady was busy looking for parcels at the back.

There is -100% professionalism and customer service is NON EXISTENT. The lady there switched the lights of infron of me and said they are offline. She than said she will see if she can put the generator on and she disappeared into the staff room. I called several times on the land line and there was no answer. Worst experience ever!

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!!! The guys that delivered my order delivered them on the street and not at the gate. They were rude and did not wear a mask. I did not even sign for my order, he told me that no one must touch his phone cos of Covid-19 BUT HE DID NOT WEAR A MASK!!! so which means my signature was faked. I told them to park at the drive through or at the gate but they delivered on the street and told me they were in a hurry. I paid R 3,000.00 for my order. Free delivery does not mean poor service delivery. Order no.86651375 - The order came at 15:00 on Sunday 02/05/2021. They were driving a brown renault kwid . His last digit number is 071 . . 2332

The directions to the Pick Up Point can be made better or signs around the complex can be more detailed

I had a very bad experience today,my package was already opened when I got there,the kettle I ordered doesn't even look new,it even have scratches on it,it was not in the takealot package,even the brand package was opened,the guy was rude when I asked about it.The guys working at the Meadowlands pickup point are not trustworthy.I mean who opened my package and why???
