I
rented
a
car
with
this
branch
on
the
10th
of
May
and
they
reserved
the
total
of
R3
573.12
from
my
FNB
cheque
account
on
the
same
day.
I
rented
a
white
Hyundia
Grand
i10
for
a
total
of
four
days.
I
returned
the
vehicle
back
to
this
branch
on
Monday
the
14th
of
May
and
on
the
very
same
day
via
email
I
received
a
rental
agreement
statement
reflecting
the
total
amount
which
I
was
charged
by
avis
which
was
R1
821.98.
After
receiving
this
statement
I
called
the
branch
and
spoke
to
the
lady
that
works
at
the
reception
and
informed
her
that
I
just
received
my
rental
agreement
statement,
give
her
my
id
number
as
well
as
my
rental
agreement
number
and
other
details
that
she
requested.
From
there
she
informed
me
that
the
remaining
balance
which
was
the
sum
of
R1
751
will
be
returned
back
into
my
FNB
Cheque
account
after
seven
working
days.
I
waited
for
the
outstanding
balance
to
be
returned
back
into
my
cheque
account
but
they
didn't
refund
me.
I
called
their
call
center
and
explained
to
them
my
problem
but
was
told
that
I
need
to
sort
this
issue
out
with
the
branch.
I
called
the
branch
countless
times
and
still
was
not
given
any
assistance.
From
there
I
went
to
the
branch
in
person
and
spoke
to
the
gentleman
that
assisted
me
when
I
rented
the
vehicle.
He
took
my
details
down
and
told
me
that
he
will
send
an
email
to
the
head
office
and
will
called
after
2
days.
He
never
called
me
back.
Today
is
the
10th
of
July
I've
been
calling
the
branch
almost
everyday
trying
to
get
them
to
assist
me
but
they
still
have
not
assisted
me
on
this
matter.
Their
service
is
good
and
very
efficient
when
they
take
your
money
but
when
they're
suppose
to
return
back
the
money
that
is
owed
to
you
it
then
you
will
start
experiencing
problems.
