The is good, have a lot of stock but one only thing short is by the cashiers very very slow and few the ques are very long even if you only have one item that is good

queues are long no sense of urgency from the cashiers and management in that store... I also wonder why is Shoprite Ridgeway better in managing their queues compared to stores in Soweto, most have such bad service and yet we pay with our hard earned cash.☹️

This is another Shoprite synonymous with Long Long Queues. You don't want to Go there around Month end, OMG😱!!! Expect to spend at least 30 minutes to an hour waiting to get to the till. And Guess what, they just don't care. It's not improving!! Something is horribly wrong there. Even when you Complain, it's falling on deaf ears!!! Nothing happens 😕. They have more than 15 tills but Only 5 tills At most will remain open regardless of how long queues are. And it's like they know.... you got nowhere else to go! Never seen any Shoprite like this! Shem, it takes the Cup 🏆🏆

Meadowlands Shoprite needs to train their cashier's to work stop being slow that's the only issue with m/lands Shoprite. Management has to put one supervisor whose going to control que's and make sure that we don't wait more than 20minutes in the que

Recently nicley upgraded after covid 19 looting period. You can get home supplys of almost everything. Clean but small passages for shopping trolleys inside shop. Always full. Long ques.

Good variety of items on stock however service is poor, they open 4 tills while we have long lines management needs to asign more staff to work on tills on busy days we can't spend 2 hours in line to make payment thats unfair for us as customers. Also need to improve the money market system and have more tills for money market the line becomes too long at times.

This is a min Mall with ShopRite and ShopRite liquor,Superbets for gubblers motor spares,Pep and pep cell , Ackerman's, Chemistry and fish and chips.the place is secure and safe for shopping and it's next to Police Station and on the line for Reavay buses.

Shop and pay bills in store. Queues can be long but they strive for speedy service. At least got a cellphone there after Pep and Ackermans closed. At least the operating hours are so convenient 8-8.

Shoprite service is very poor. Queues are long and slow. Cashiers are unfriendly, their kiosk often has no cashier. Even if you have 1 item, you are forced to stand in a long queue. I never buy meat there, very unhealthy. The shopping baskets are rarely clean, managers never take complaints serious. The shop is cheap but not worth going there.

Im just disappointed that Shoprite remains open on Sundays & even during Christmas too... the employees there deserve to go to church & also spend time with their families during XMas time... its just unfair really.

Well i think it's not bad at all, my suggestion it's on cashier's can they be more on the floor as much is on their till to avoid long queues, our service its very poor when it comes to that thanks
