In my previous interactions with the receptionist of the establishment I was planning to visit, I inquired, "Does your laser treatment really work?" I was given a confident response, "100% yes." I had my doubts, as some establishments try to coax clients into multiple visits under the pretense of requiring numerous sessions, which can be true in some cases. However, my experience with this particular place turned out to be an utter deception! On May 25th, I went in for a full-body laser treatment, even though I only needed a few specific zones treated—my needs didn't involve my legs or hands. Throughout the procedure, I had a nagging feeling that certain zones were being overlooked. I expressed my concerns to the therapist, who assured me all the requisite zones had been covered. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt, brushing my worries aside. After the treatment, I approached the receptionist and expressed, "I am not fully convinced the procedure was executed properly, but I don't want to pass judgement on your colleague's expertise. I plan to wait for three weeks to see the results. If anything goes wrong, could we arrange for a correction?" I received an affirmative response. Fast-forward 18 days, and I noticed my hair growing back in a peculiarly thick structure, which typically doesn't occur when a laser treatment is performed correctly and at the right frequency. Or perhaps their laser wasn't functioning properly, who knows? I reached out to them, and they assured me everything was as it should be and promised that all would fall into place on the 21st day. Regrettably, the 21st day passed with no improvement. The hair growth was everywhere, which contradicts my usual experiences with laser treatments that leave me hair-free for several months. Their justification was that they had consulted professionals and this was the expected outcome. I felt utterly duped! The establishment showed no interest in rectifying the issue, leaving me with nothing but disappointment from the whole experience. Consequently, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very happy with the treatment and care at the Atocha center. All very professional and friendly. The prices are pretty fair and you only make what you really need.

The management of the clinic is REGRETABLEEEEEEE!!!!!!! A few months ago, I burned a tattoo during a laser hair removal session. From the beginning, the person in charge did not show any interest to such an extent that they have not even paid me the costs of the treatments. To all this we added that in order for them to tell me how the area was evolving, I had to write. The tattoo has been destroyed and the solution he gave me is regrettable, since it was a fine tattoo which cannot be reconstructed.

I really like this center, all the employees are super nice, they make sure you don't feel uncomfortable at any time and they help you with any questions you have. They are also very attentive, they always write to you to remind you of your appointment and ask you how it went. I am very happy with the laser and the result is noticeable. And the best thing is that they have packs to make it cheaper. Sessions are purchased individually and paid for at the time. Not like other sites that only have session bonuses and then scam you.
