Hands down, the worst McDonald's out there. I have lived in the area for 10 years...everyone knows this McDonald's is horrible. About once a year, I visit and hope it improves and today, was one of those days. Tired, late for lunch and worn out I hesitantly pulled into the drive through...after 9 minutes of not moving, 3 cars were behind me and thinking about pulling out of the line, there wasn't any room...a miracle!! You're probably thinking "the line moved?!?" - no....the person behind me was able to squeeze out of line....which meant...I could back up and get inside to order. After all, maybe someone broke down in the single drive through lane they have, who knows? I walked inside, about 12 people were standing around waiting for food...I waited a couple minutes and all the self checking kiosks were "closed" so I couldn't place the order without waiting in line...I eventually placed my order and got my food about 10 minutes later. This place is the worst ran location, for years and years....not a clue. You can tell...dirty, small, out of date and bad feel inside. Skip this one for sure.

This McDonalds is terrible. Just by seeing how the food looks, these people don't care about anyone else and I wonder if they feed their own family like this. They are disgusting and a waste of money we pay for SLOP! Never going back here again.

Today is Tuesday June 27th approximately 8:15am. The drive thru was backed up so I walked in to order. I stood at the counter and had glances at me from the back kitchen and within a few feet a manager with orange hair that refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me in any way. I was left standing at the counter. I left without ordering. This is the last time I come here.

To the woman who manages this store, you are straight GARBAGE at such an easy job. Always a long wait + cold food (like the quarter pounder that’s supposed to be FRESH). How do you mess up something so EASY. Some people have had long a** hard days and just want some quick hot grub to eat but everyone who works at this store is a bottom feeder who can’t prepare/make FROZEN FOOD. Tsch. Minimum wage for this McDonald’s should be $7.50.

Whoever is in charge of quality control at this location needs to either get it together or get fired. Everytime I go something is wrong with my order. Last night I went and literally got a HOT fudge sundae and that was it. Paid almost $4 for it. They gave me vanilla ice cream with a bunch of cold chocolate syrup on it. It was disgusting. Chocolate syrup is so gross. Thank you for giving me something I did not pay for or ask for.

This McD’s is on the way home, so we have stopped multiple times over the last couple years. Every single time the wait was more than 20 minutes, including when we only had one person in front of us. One time I waited over an hour and the line was only 8 cars deep (only to be told that they had never taken my order and that I had to go inside, reorder, and wait…what!!??!) They are slow, the orders are almost always wrong, and the inside is filthy. Today was the last straw, never again. I’ll be driving ten minutes out of my way to go to a different location, and I can guarantee I will still get my food faster than if I had stopped here. Don’t waste your time at this location, unless you want to be frustrated.

Worst curbside service of any McDonald's I've been to! 1st time it was super busy but shouldn't have taken 45minutes, 2nd time was 30minutes. I've had to call twice and ask what the hell!? Phone gets answered like they smoke so much weed they forget what curbside is. Won't make this mistake again!

The worst Mcdonald's I've visited ever. 1st from the poor customer service. I was a manager in my youth, and it sickens me to see the young be so carless and unprofessional in their work ethic. From the use cellular phone during a transaction to the gross site of acrylic nails not kept up to the several times visited trashed and reheated fries. I'm done I'll no longer return because of convenience. Management I would consider sending in a member from corporate headquarters for help before you continue to tarnish an awesome establishment otherwise.

Management was incredibly rude when I came through the drive through to pick up a delivery partner order. There aren't any parking spots that I can leave my service animal safely, in my vehicle, in the sun, so that I can pick up an order. They didn't care about my situation, and I refuse to pick up orders from this particular McDonald's because of lack of manners.

Here is why I give 5 stars. We realize that there is a staffing issue as of late, so extra patience is needed. We sat in line for 20 min. on Sunday morning waiting for service. When we pulled up and ordered the greeter was warm and efficient, when we made it to the window to pay we are told that there are just the two of them working, and appreciated our patience. Simply stunned, that these two continued to serve others when the could have just closed. I was so impressed by their work ethic. I wish I could have done more to let them know much this means to those of us who enjoy a trip through the drive-thru. Thank you! BTW: our food was hot and just as we ordered.

I have lived 2 mins from this McDonald’s for about 16 years and their service and food freshness hasn’t changed. And if you ask can you have something fresh don’t be surprise if you still don’t get it. Today was a prime example I wanted a fresh 20 piece nuggets but did I get it……. Well, no! Before I went I asked myself am I really going to get fresh nuggets and the whole time driving there I was just hoping that would happen for once but didn’t. I totally regret going. If you live around this McDonald’s I highly suggest you drive a few more miles to another McDonald’s to get some fresh food! Their burgers and fries are not even fresh and/or over salted. Total waste of money today but I can’t be mad because it was expected.

Food is rarely good and more times then not I have been asked to pull forward and wait for my food. Once all I ordered was ice cream cones and I was asked to pull forward. NOT FAST FOOD.

Last 3 times I've went here, because I live close to go to the drive through it take 20- 30 minutes!!! Not worth the wait, your food ends up cold.

Worst costumer service I have ever experience. I will never go back to McDonald's. They forgot to put my order of chicken nuggets on my order which is hard when you have a son who only will eat chicken nuggets. When I arrived to the window, they apologized for forgetting them but told me I would have to go back through the drive-through (another 30 minutes) to re-order them and shut the window on me. It would not have been that hard to take my card and charge it for chicken nuggets and have me pull forward to wait. The comment the manager made was "We are too busy for this right now and there are 20 people behind you". I had to wait just like everyone else. I would at least expect the customer service to be better. So I had a wonderful hungry child cry all the way home that he didn't get his food but his other 5 brothers got their orders. I would NEVER recommend this location. To be honest, I don't think I have ever gone to McDonald's and not had the order messed up. I don't go very often but I won't go anymore. They make so much in profits serving dried out food I'm sure loosing my service will not hurt them. Best of luck to the rest of you.

Drive-through says Open 24 hours.. After I was locked in the the line I was informed it's only for door dash. You better believe any other time when waiting on food they would tell someone to move up into one of the drive through wait spots but not today.. Locked in for 20+ minutes.. I'm starting to have to feel panic just the fact I'm stuck.. Fortunately the person behind me finally backed out and I was able to get out . I called and the manager who was like oopsie doopsie we are changing to breakfast.. This was on 8/26/23 2:30 am.. I literally wanted an orange hi-c.. People are absolutely mean and disrespectful.. Geez the kid at the front of the line was acting like I was threatening him when I was begging to let me out.. 0 stars..

I'm in the drive through right now trying to get diner, 3 cars in front, 3 in back. and they just told me they are only doing Uber eats and door dash right now. I went to an open drive through and literally was not allowed to order food, so that other people...who are not here, can get their food. I live right around the corner and come here all the time. I will NEVER come back to this McDonald's again. Terribly managed.

Wish I could give zero stars. I work nearby and have gone here 10 times . No exaggeration they get something wrong every time. They forget napkins , aren't friendly and just don't care. I promise you if you go there they will either forget something or mess it up. I've even gone back after driving a few miles down the road to get the plain cheeseburger I asked and after they gave me a replacement they did it again! It's full of absolute idiots working there . DON'T GO THERE.

Litterally the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Employees are incredibly rude, waited 25minutes for a drink and a kids meal. Manager was an incredibly rude, big Hispanic woman. Half the employees are not even working. By far most dirty and disgusting fast food place I've ever been to in my life. Every single person needs to be fired the only helpful person was a bigger woman with a lip piercing,obviously the only person who cares. Store should honestly be shut down its actually disgusting.

Need to change staff. Time and time again with this McDonald’s. They either don’t get the order right or they don’t give you the items you ordered. You’re honestly better off driving toward the canyon McDonald’s. Better food quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

12/11/22- The food I originally received was not good and Marcus tried to have it fixed right and priority. Thank you Marcus for restoring a bit of hope, however I left and the next burgers were just as old. All I wanted was a fresh burger. Props to Marcus for trying, but the kitchen staff is still trash.

McDonald’s sharing a building with a gas station. The bathrooms were dreadful, no soap in the dispenser. Doesn’t give me much confidence that the people preparing the food are practicing hygiene. Avoid this place.

We were headed out for our 4th of July weekend and needed something quick and easy. This McDonald's was neither of those. My husband waited for our food for almost an hour. While the drive-thru kept getting taken care of. The employees are goofing around and singing, not getting their customers taken care of. Then when asked about sweet and sour sauce that was asked for 3 times for my daughter's nuggets, an employee said, "oh we ran out of sweet and sour, there's probably some in the back, but I'm not checking because we're busy." And yet she had time to dance and goof off.

Its crazy how much of a difference this place has gone through, & not in a positive way. Customer service was horrible, messed up my order when it was a regular McChicken (it was plain..like????) Definitely not worth going back

This place is horrible do not waste your money we recieved the incorrect items the chicken sandwich was burnt and un edible. Chicken nuggets were burnt and dry and difficult to eat. I will never go back to this location as it has no quality control on food products and no sugar free soda options! If they lack this much in food quality control it makes me wonder how much they lack in safety quality control!

Employees were very unprofessional again.... the window was slammed shut in my face before I I could even ask for sauce...for the second time... sadly I'm disappointed after they hired new employees but... we shall see ... I will keep u posted. Ty

Place is horrible. Takes forever to get anything, usually the order is messed up, and their ice cream / blender is always "broke". The only good thing is it makes me cook more often. It's easier to cook than deal with them.

This place needs to be shut down, the manager is a complete failure, can't seem to get an order right, and every single time I go here, even if I call first and ask about it, I'll arrive on site and can't seem to get a frap for the life of me. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

McDonald's quarter pounder meal is always tasty

If I could give a '0" I would. Went to the drive through on Friday, October 6, without placing my order the guy asked me if I wanted to add sausage McMuffin to my order. I asked him if he was talking to me, he said I'm dealing with another customer right now and will be with you in a minute. I waited 5 minutes at which time he came back to the speaker and said your total is $$$. I again asked if he was talking to me, he replied "no" I'll get to you in a minute. After a while, he gets on the speaker to get my order. I asked for an egg McMuffin and pumpkin spice latte. I pulled up to pay, the guy at the window was sooo dirty I would have not wanted him to handle my food. I am all for people supporting themselves and I applaud this man for making the effort, but if you work at a restaurant at least wear clean clothes. To top it off he got my order wrong and never asked if I was using my app. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's anytime soon. My husband and granddaughter had the same experience the next day.

1/4 filled large fries, no sauce, burner burgers. I know it's McDonald's but this is embarrassing. Do not go to this awful location

Hardest working McDonald's crew I've ever seen! Always get my order right and I always order alot of random options from the menu

Slowest drive through in history. Took me 25 min to go through drive through. They were handing people’s orders out the window every 5 min. This place needs a lot of help to even be average. I’ll find somewhere else to eat. #neveragain

Got a mocha frappe. Tasted great. The cashier was nice. The lady at the next window looked tired. Hope she has a better day than mines going.

This location is AWFUL I can't express this enough. Don't waste your time coming here. I waited for 30 minutes along with another 8-10 ppl in the lobby for my food. My order was still wrong. They need to turn their uber eats and door dash off. They can't keep up. I'm never coming back to this store. All their employees have no sense of urgency. And honestly seem stoned.

Long very slow moving drive up window for breakfast. I parked and went inside for faster service. 8 people working but 4 standing around socializing. The lady at the order counter ignored me standing in front of her but she would take phone calls. WORST service the last four times here. I drive now to the other two McDonald’s in the area.

This possibly the worst McDonald's around. There always a wait. Late in the evening its only cash or they are only accepting door dash and uber eats orders. What's the difference between the making the food for customer delivery or someone who go through and picks up their own food. You still have to make it.

Horrible customer service, don't even acknowledge that you are standing there, workers, even the manager just look at you but don't say anything, even walk right past you. Then you have to wait up to a half hour for your order, then make sure it's correct, and get cold fries! Worst McDonald's in the area for sure!!

They definitely need some training on the mobile ordering side if they choose to offer it. They need to update the site because they do NOT offer pickup only drive through. Just a personal thing but why the heck isn't Mac sauce an option at either the kiosk or online???

For McDonald's, this one is the best. Food is always fresh and put together nicely. Friendly and fast service. I don't know if it's because they change out the grease more or what, but the fries at this location always taste better than other McDonald's
