I LOVE THE STAFF!! They are nice and funny!! The drivers are hilarious and super friendly!!! Love my items. moved here on a military move with only an suv full of items and needed a couch,tv, washer, and dryer. They showed compassion and are great at helping out with the bill situation if your communication skills are on point and your just having a rough time.. had to pay 2 months on our house back to back, so we didnt have enough to pay our second bill, they worked with us and now were always on time! Not one to get from rac due to interest fees, but these guys make it less painful! Don't believe me? go see for yourself.

If only negative stars could be givin -10 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They charge you for stuff you didn't ask for. Then when you want to pay off your items they can't find how to add the credit your owed. Then when you call them on it they hang up on you. I will be calling DM and cooperate office. Already reported to Attorney Generals office. The have the nerve to call and ask me to buy somthing else lol. Aarrons from now on.

I have been a customer of this location for almost 2 years I recently became a employee and it has been by far the best expirence ive had. Celia the store manager is and always has been extremely understanding and helpful the team at this location is awesome. If your in need of any home furnishings I would without a doubt recommend rent a center and I am not just saying this cus I work here it's due to the fact that I have been a customer in the past of buddies and Aaron's and this rental agency has been the most helpful from beginning to end of my cotract and when they tell you low rates it's true.

Whenever I have needed something this is my go to store. The delivery and set up has always been professional and they work with my schedule. I love the Ashley line. When my spouse passed away at home they went above and beyond as I needed to replace the bed for obvious reasons and they helped me figure out a style that would bring out the art that is in that bedroom and matched the personality of both my spouse and I. This store and it's employees are amazing. 4 items have been purchased for RAC and not a single issue with selection, credit, and paying it off. If in doubt go in and talk to them. They are an amazing team.

I've called this store almost every day to get them to come and get the mattress and frame I was getting from them. They always say that they will call me back but never do. So I guess I'm stuck with a mattress and frame that I refuse to pay for. I'll continue to pay for the couch and loveseat. This store is worthless.

This store is not very attentive. They don't communicate about anything. Now they picked up my 2 items and still getting call and messages about paying my account. I ask to freeze my account until I get a new place.

I will never go here again. Bad customer service. I was going to buy a rocking recliner chair and it was broken. They wouldn't replace it, and it took them over a couple of weeks to come pick it up. They were rude and hung up on me.

We needed a dryer, we didn't have the cash on hand to buy one out right. Being without a washer or dryer makes me panic We had heard great stuff about Rent a Center. From the moment we walked in we were treated well. We were shown the washer and dryers. They gave no hard sells, they left us alone to make our decision. We made our decision and we were given an application to fill out and we filled it out right then and we were ok'd. We were then set up with our delivery time. It was so easy. I was so happy to know that we had a dryer again. The prices are affordable and I like the people that work there. They are really cool.
