Our large German Shepherd/St. Bernard mix is not only a double coated challenge but he also hates anyone messing with his paws and loathed bath time. We have had terrible experiences in the past with groomers with our anxious giant but he needed a good grooming. After asking around, the majority of our recommendations came from Woofers Grooming & Goodies customers. And we're SO glad we went with them. They welcomed our dog with warmth and understanding. Even though our dog is allot to handle the Woofers groomers were happy and eager to help tame his locks. We were amazed that they were able to bathe, trim his paws & nails, provide a deshedding service, give him a better shape with clipping his loose hairs (tail/chest/ears), AND even brush his teeth! Their shop is very clean and extensive. They even carry the brushes we use for our double coated pups. Amazing experience and we highly recommend them! THANK YOU WOOFERS!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. On 4/13, my dog Penny was dropped off for grooming services. They were instructed to give her a small hair cut around her legs and behind area along with her paw pads. Upon, pick up we were given her back completely botched and with the worst haircut possible. She is a golden retriever she should've never been shaved with a mushroom head. The lines are so crooked anybody else could've done a better. I have worked in pet care before, I know this is not how grooming appointments should go. I spoke to the "manager" the following day to which she said "human errors" happen and I could bring her back for them to "fix" it , there was no fixing this you can't glue hair back on. This was not just human error this was neglect. Pennys hair will probably never grow the same.

Always a pleasure working with the staff at Woofers. Kind and accommodating. Take that inside ramp slow, but one of the few wheelchair friendly businesses I've experienced. We've been here for doggy generations. My Corgi Porgi might be in love with Kaylen...or her husband?

Awesome grooming salon and pet shop! I take my pompom regularly to get her nails trimmed and they always do a perfect job. They also have a rewards system where after a certain amount of nail trims, you get one free! Love going through all of the neat goodies in the shop too. I never leave without getting a treat or a toy for my pup. Pretty impressive prices too! I get my dog's food here because the cost is actually cheaper than ordering it on Amazon.

Very clean, professional and are fantastic with your little or big furry friend, highly recommend. Took her back and had them give her a bath and she got full treatment! Came out looking beautiful fantastic job Woofers!

I have been taking my husky Nipsey here since he was a puppy. They always get him looking and smelling good. Family owned-operated and amazing customer service. They offer so many different services and a large variety of treats.

I've brought my dog here twice for grooming. Both times I've been extremely happy with the service. My dog is like my kid, and Woofers treats him as such. It's been easily a week since he was groomed and I'm still impressed with the job they did! I'm totally looking forward to bringing him in here for his next grooming!

We took our black lab/mastiff mix here for grooming and he did not get groomed as he is a large dog and sometimes difficult to manage. He did have nails clipped and we were shown a comb that works really well for his undercoat. Nice and clean business that we visit occasionally overall.

After giving a fair warning that our dog gets a little anxious while grooming his front legs, and when you groom those legs, he needs a muzzle. After we were told that wouldn't be an issue. This is a 10 pound Havanese, btw. They put a muzzle on him shaved his body, didn't trim his face, ears, or tail as requested, and didn't dry him. Then they told us they couldn't groom him again, citing "his safety." We are new to this area, and where we are from, he has been groomed for years and has never had issues to a point where they could not continue to groom him. I understand if your groomer is not experienced enough to handle slight behavior issues, but to charge full price for half of a grooming is insane.

The people here are absolutely lovely humans who care about your furbaby! The groomers are top tier, do an incredible job, and even my anxious dog loves going in for his grooming dates! They also have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and accessories. You gotta check this place out!

Woofers is our go-to for getting our dogs, Bonsai and Blossom's, nails trimmed. Our dogs are 85lbs each and can be high energy. They are well-loved at Woofers. Nail trims are walk-in. We usually go midday, through the week so they always get them in immediately. I can imagine a wait on the weekends though! It's $20 per doggo which isn't bad. Love supporting small business!

Woofers Grooming was a great experience overall with very happy results, and we will be back. It was our first time getting any grooming, but the staff was very kind, reassuring, and helpful. The facilities were nice and clean with lots of products offered for pets. The groomer did a great job with her bath, she smells phenomenal and is very soft! Her haircut was done as described and looks great! Wonderful place!

They were so patient with my dogs who are not very well behaved. One of my dogs is so scared of getting his nails clipped that it is usually not done very well. They were able to get the nails as short as possible without cutting the quick. All while I'm sure he was going wild. Very nice selection of treats in the store as well.

Great selection of products for all types of dogs. I purchased a few chew toys for a very large dog that chews everything up, but not these ones! So durable and the quality far exceeds the price! This is definitely my go to place!

I love how our dogs smell after they get their baths. We can only take 3 out of 4 of our dogs here to get baths. We were bummer to bring in our boy to have them take him back and then call us to say he is too strong (135lbs) and can't get bathed. Its okay, he got his bath at home and enjoyed a car ride!

They always do so good with my little old man. They are great with the Pets and do wonderful grooming...especially with his nails. Worth the money.

I have been taking my dog here for many years and they are the best! I have a little dog that's prone to skin issues and allergies and they always take such good care of him and handle him with care. I always have peace of mind when I take him here for his grooming appointments and I know he is in good hands. Woofers is the best!

We lovee love this place. We been customers for over 13years and they are amazing! Shea is an absolute Gem, she always sends Newt home looking amazing. She took her time getting to know him and he adores her. He always comes home beautiful and happy. Their prices are very good. He is a family member there for he gets the best.

My all time favorite local "Get everything I need for my fur-babies" store! Family owned and operated, and the environment makes you feel warm and welcomed to reflect that. Any questions I have from food to new puppies to nutrients to toy recommendations for my little chewers, they always know the answer and the latest and greatest on what the best for our pets health, inside and out. I love seeing the kids when I come in. Family is everything to me, so watching these two young ones grow up has been a joy. I've been a single mom for so long, and being able to run a business and have your kids with you at "work" and teach our newest generation about how to treat customers has been awesome to watch over the years. Convenient also... right on Pacific Ave.

They are very professional and take care of my two fur babies. They are extremely helpful loading my car with dog food and remind me about my appointment the day before. I found them on Google when the groomer I used had to get surgery. I can’t say enough great things about this team. They welcomes my dogs as if they were already a part of their family.

Have to say simple the best dog grooming and doggie treat place in Spanaway. I definitely recommend for all dog grooming needs. Has a great selection of doggie treats and absolutely amazing staff. They truly care about the pets here. I reccomend stopping bye and checking it out, you will not be disappointed. Woofers customer for ever.

Neat privately owned pet store. They have high quality foods and snacks. The toy selection is pretty good too. The best part was the open buckets of dog treats. You can purchase a mixed baggie for $6. One of our dogs thought the display was all for him. There is also a groomer located here.
