Hannah's professionalism, coupled with her gregarious personality, made the therapeutic exercises much easier to complete. Her guidance and instruction on each movement made the exercises more effective and productive in my recovery. She was assisted by Ariel, who is equally skilled in motivating one to execute the movements to completion in a controlled and safe manner. These two young ladies made my recovery effort fun and relaxing. They are both amazing physical therapists.

Great experience so far with my PT Guy and ATI team. After my auto accident I was unsure how the process would work, but with these professionals guiding me through the recovery process I feel total confidence I will get better soon.

After just two visits I’m already seeing and feeling significant improvement in my treatment! Dan and the rest of the staff have been very nice and pleasant to work with!

Had a rough time even getting started due to receptionist insisting I had to have a referral which was a lie. Had to escalate to manager to even get treatment started. Was told to expect full recovery in 4 weeks. At end of week 3 had 0 improvement and naturally was concerned. Now it's 6 weeks for recovery... reminds me of chiropractors wanting 5o charge you forever without any promises of results. Nice enough people but it was indistinguishable from a scam as far as my total lack of improvement went. Just be aware they get paid for the attempt not for results.

This is my first experience with PT after having a surgery and it’s been a very positive one. As long as you do the homework it really does work. Guy has been amazing!

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I was assured that Medicare would be billed for my treatment with my co-payment of $10.00 per visit. I received a bill for a little under $300.00 weeks after completing my therapy. If I had known I would be charged more I would NOT have chosen this company. The billing practices at this company are VERY DECEPTIVE. BTW good luck trying to get a live person to talk to. Not going to happen. They just send your information to collections.

PT Jacob is awesome. Takes the time to listen to me and explains what we are doing and what we expecting from the therapy. Very thorough and pushes the limits. Why go through the motions if you aren’t going to do the work. Come to the clinic with issues, go through a little bit of painful therapy, but leave the pain at the clinic when you walk out the door. Highly recommended

Absolutely outstanding service 11/10! I was happily surprised at the positive, healing environment and atmosphere created here. Therapist: Guy Delia, made me feel very welcome and look forward to recovery. I came in completely un-bias without any preconceived notions, on how it would go and i couldn’t happier. I will recommend ATI to anyone who asks where i went for PT, just amazing folks.

The therapists are nothing but professional. They are conscious of your situation and push you just enough. They never push you to far. Everyone in the spanaway office is very happy and always have a smile. They are quick to answer any questions you have. The appointments always start on time. Very enjoyable for what it is. No bad words at all to say about these people.

The staff work together to make sure you’re getting the best possible outcome.

I’ve been to a different ATI place a while ago but the people at this location are super nice! Very professional and explain things really good!

I have been receiving great help for my very sore arm and shoulder. I have also been given exercises I can do at home. My shoulder and arm are moving and feeling so much better!

I would definitely recommend this place. Friendly staff, and my therapist, Guy, is great and very knowledgeable. My sessions are always challenging and efficient.

I am new to ATI but I'm not new to physical therapy. As I was sitting their. I noticed how every client was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed. I found my therespist to be very knowledgeable and his methods were up to date. Everyone their made me feel very relax. I gladly give ATI five stars.

Great place to get help. They were totally willing to work with my high deductible insurance and allowed less meetings since I’m paying out of pocket.

I’ve been having pain in my right shoulder for years and thought there was nothing I could do . The VA had set me up with appointments with ATI . I started going here and Ms Rodriguez has help me tremendously I mean it’s the difference between night and day she really knows her job . I’m only speaking of Ms Rodriguez because I was assigned to her . But the facility is amazing and clean I look forward to more visits .

The staff here at ATI are awesome and super friendly! Hannah and Dennis have been working with me and are cool people. My sweater was wet from walking in the rain and Ariel made sure I had dry clothes. Always greeted with a smile at the front desk and would come back!

Everyone at ATI team in Tacoma are amazing and they provided a thorough plan for treating my injury - from stretches to exercises to body posture to direct therapy. When you go through PT you spend significant time with your therapist. It was always nice spending time with them - just great people who care. Highly recommended

I have used ATI three times and I really enjoy the people that work there. They're very friendly they get to know you as a person. And are there to help you whenever you need it. Amber The dietitian there is a very sweet girl she helped me before I had my weight loss surgery. And everybody else there I have got to know. I recommend them they know what they're doing and they have your best interest to help you get better.
