This is absolutely is ridiculous. I'm extremely frustrated with 7-11 (17410 Pacific Ave. SO Spanaway, WA 98387) I went in to use my points for an item at apprx 11:30pm 5/27/18 - The clerk, scanned the item and my rewards points then, refused to give me the item, saying I owed $2.19. Yet, he already deducted 1500 pts from my acct. This is the 2nd incident I've encountered with ONLY this employee. I also feel like it's a personal issue for him because he seems to be very rude to me as a customer. I've never had conflict or issues to make him have that type of attitude towards me as a customer. I asked for his name and he also, refused to give me that. Now I feel uncomfortable going to this store, to where I have to drive elsewhere. This is extremely uncalled for and unacceptable as a customer for 10+ years. Please address this matter or credit my 1500 pts back, please. I will be posting the outcome on social media to inform others and how prompt and satisfied with the actions Once 7-11 addresses this issue I'll change my review.

I bought their premade pepperoni pizza and idk if this is normal but it smelled like cleaner and that rag smell like they used a rag on the counter and never changed it. I was feeling sick after I ate the pizza and threw up basically the whole thing. I tried to call the store to make a complain and no one picks up the phone so I guess I'll just write it in a review, if I can give this rating 0 stars I definitely would.

They never have hot coffee. They are rude and not helpful. I went two separate times and they claim they didn't have change, just wanted to keep the change which was more than a few dollars. I didn't understand but of course 😞 I didn't have time, had to get to work

The owner is named Ish he and all the staff are very friendly the store is clean and the food is great.

Today I entered this 7/11 location for the free Slurpee day and before filling up my cup i asked the cashier if the slurpees were free and they replied and said yes, So i filled up 3 small cups and i went up to the cashier and they told me only one was free and the other two i had to pay a dollar each but mind you i asked if they were free she said yes she did not specify that only one was free and the others i had to pay, two other workers (mid 40s woman and a man) came up and started ganging up on me just because i couldn’t afford to pay the other two slurpees, (middled aged 40 woman) she did not let me leave the store until i paid for the two slurpees that i thought were free because she said they were when i asked earlier. I then said that i couldn’t afford to buy the two and she gave me attitude and told me i had to pay because they were filled up already. I felt like a hostage when she wouldn’t let me leave the store i felt ashamed and humiliated and i felt scared. Never going back to this location ever again they traumatized me and embarrassed me in front of all of the customers.

Kind young black man wearing a mask at the register. Appreciate his kind gestures when seeing that I was handicapped. Didn't get his name but we need more people like him in the world. Great choice 711. 4/7/23 in the afternoon.

They stopped taking ebt they only take cash now hurts there sells more then us on special need assistance don't go there anymore if they don't care about people on assistant living one of your employees said that you don't take ebt so you losing service for this

I love this place I come there every morning for my fresh brewed coffee and Art the sales representative is super friendly and helpful and to Nicolas Kennett talking about EBT it is not the stores fault you have no actual money of your own maybe next time try Winco, 7-elven is not a charity

Was good place to go, till the new owners, 4 times i have came by. Feel like the lady has an attitude all the time, was rude when my card wasnt reading and she stated I should use a different card ,that has money.

Had a 1 star experience but I needed to update it. The Owner account is fake, don't go to the website they recommend. Basically I'm a delivery driver, and this is the only 7 Eleven I've encountered that's refused the bathroom. I deliver a ton of packages a day and we have very limited access to restrooms. Gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores are the only places I get to use a restroom. The cashier was very unapologetic and really looked like he didn't care about his job. I wait until I have to use the restroom to take my break. Like, come on, man. Find a job you actually care about and don't let us be the outlet you take your lack of self worth on. Next time I'll get a name and update my review accordingly.

Staff are always nice and courteous.

Theres an employee there that locks the doors and just sits inside during the night time hours.... been there multiple times while she is working and she just has the door locked and shakes her head no at me as I walk up to the door. Many others have had this same experience. If you aren't a 24 hour store, update your business hours....

711 has turned into a well-rounded fully stocked store for nearly everything I ever need . I am impressed.

Cashier was sweet but there were empty plastic trays on the floor and said cherry on sign for slurpee but it was blue.

You guys need more food in your 711 store if not take down the pictures on your website for fake advertisements you guys are frustrating when this is my 2nd time going there and still nothing not looking good for you guys on 174th street s sad

Rude employee. If you can't handle working at a gas station early in the morning shouldn't be working here at all. People come early in the mornings doors should not be locked for.more then 25 min.
