DONT GO HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Charles, or at least thats what im guessing his name is, is horrible. He kicked my brother out for bringing in a bearded dragon in his shirt. And then followed him out of the store and proceeded to scream in my face cause i called him a douche. I asked him repeatedly for his mangers phone number, to which he told me to call the store. And when i did he either hung up or left the phone off the hook so it wouldnt go through. He also came outside and took pictures of my car and of me and screamed that he was going to call 911 on me for harassment and for trespassing. Which i did neither of, i wasnt even in the store when he screamed at me that i was trespassing This is not the first time hes been mean to us tho. Last night, he refused to stock the soda machine, leaving only the humongous icee cups, and he didn't have any lids for the big gulps, when asked he said that wasn't his problem nor his job. He also accused my brother of stealing something both last night and tonight with no cause to accuse him. I will not be returning to this store other than to take this up with his manager who i hope is there in the morning. Im tired of the disrespect this store has given me.

Great customer service I've lived around this 711 ... 15 plus yrs there is a new day shift gal I think she came from the 711 on pac ave ..but what great customer service I watched her handle a situation. And I'm telling you she did an amazing job ...I will be back alway kind she has blond hair real long ties it back ...all I can say is great job hiring her I will be back every day just because she works there ... great job 711

Not a fan of this locations mask policy enforcement. I was just in this location, and saw at least 6 people in the store (4 were in the same group) without masks and not practicing proper social distancing. I had people without masks walking right up next to me while filling a drink, and reach across to get cups. One girl came in with a mask in her hand, yet didnt put it on. She was in and out of the store 3 times in the 5 mins I was there. She seemed to be a friend of the person at the counter. This isnt the first time I've had issues in this location either. 2 months ago I confronted a guy in this store for getting in my space without a mask. He challenged me to a fight outside. The clerk saw the situation and did nothing. Done with this store. They clearly dont care about their customers health.

Very hostile employee. I didn’t give the correct amount of change because I was zoning out but he made a big deal about it. When I got my change of 4 cents I was looking at them because I was interested in finding old pennies at the time and then he had to comment how he gave the right amount of change just to egg on. And what even is the point of this place anymore when you can’t get gas? Crackhead hangout spot?

Night employee is incredibly hostile. Something was stolen out of my sister's car in the parking lot, when she asked employee if he saw anything he launched into a full-scale word assault. Then I was told I couldn't walk in through the door. I almost thought he was going to physically attack me he was that intense. Like nothing I've ever seen, anywhere.

Very dirty place and the food is always very old in the morning would not come here again

For anyone that is wondering, I heard from employees at the AMPM on the corner that the reason it's shut down is because they were taking lottery tickets and telling the winner that they had either not won, or they gave the winner a lower amount of cash than they had actually won and pocketed the rest. The reason they got caught is because someone tried to cash a thousand dollar winner.

Came here a good couple of times with my dad, the food is OK but id really only eat it if it was the last thing i had. The place gives me a weird feeling whenever im in or around the place. But I get some different kinds of ice creams there so thats a plus side.

Make sure to watch the price screen. Lol been here twice and both time the teller was doing something shady 🤷🏻‍♂️ so I assume it not a coincidence..

There were not many products to choose from but closes late so its convinient for travelers. It is neat and has amble parking.

Machines always down some female employees rather chat then help it seems.

Went to 711 today and used the ATM it froze in me after I input my pin, the cashier could not help me with anything couldn't even speak enough English to help me. I'm really disappointed, they really need to get there employees enough information to help the customer. The last time I stopped in the coffee was burnt. No good

This place was great but today we passed by and it was boarded up I have no idea why
