The only one of it's kind in the island and it's really a feat of engineering. Proper facilites and convenient shops for travellers. Love the candy store downstairs. LOVE! My only main concern is that the buses need to drive slower while in the transport terminal. Like seriously.

I gave one star for safety. The buses on the lines I take a safe to my experience. I do believe, however that the buses are not being run properly. I have had to wait for more that 2 hrs for 1 bus and I am not talking pick choose and refuse for nearly 3 years now. I moved and changed buses and it's the same if not worse service. I do not believe that as a school student, yes now don't disregard my comment, that I should have to wait more than 30 minutes for a bus. If I get to hwt at 3 o'clock and I am just getting a bus at 5 5:30 what does that speak to? Solely the traffic? I am not of that belief. It is a poorly executed system and I do not believe it will be profitable or successful if it continues like this in years to come.

The routes are a mess. Wait too long for buses at the transport centre. Bus drivers needs to be pleasant and customer service friendly especially the 21 & 23 routes. There needs to be more order with the bus lines as well. Why must some wait an hour for a bus?

Work needs to be done on scheduling of buses. However the center has many stores and even restaurants for your convenience.

One of the best public transport centre in the world. Well designed for the trapical climate, it moves thousand of passengers each day. Safe and secure a modern landmark in a busy urban centre. With a little more innovation with it's shops it can become a meeting place

Spacious, courteous staff, on time bus system most times

This company need to hand over the business to someone who can manages it. I have to wait over an hour and most times 1 1/2 hrs to get a bus that is slackness. You can't have ppl coming from work, some like myself stand all day off my feet then come stand another 2hrs to get a bus. I'm sick of it My route is 21/23

For a bus park. If the buses are there it's a fortunate day for you.

I was waiting on 1A bus for almost 2 hours. Smh

The schedule need to be more accurate. On the timeline which it should have a symbol to show which direction the bus is off to. For example if am in between the destination and departure point I should know if a bus passing that bus stop heading towards a specific direction. Otherwise it's a good move with this app.

Buses should be on time as they are sheduled and if they will not some for of communication should be done, why when you ask the representative with the bus logs they don't know any decent or useful information. It's always I don't know or I haven't seen any since morning..... So what are you going to do since you haven't seen any.

I live far and I mostly depend on the 5a bus my bus is supposed to come to at 5:30 and and when it's late they wait until past 6 to tell us the bus is not coming
