Burger King now has a Veggie burger it not bad. Congrats on the healthy option

The experience was the same as usual, employees move really slow like other people time does not matter.. .I eventually got my food though it was okay

No breakfast at 11am intercoms was not working waited in the line for 15 minutes never get wat i wanted that was portmore

Always quick service.. exceptional sandwiches. Fries always freshly prepared.. my preferred choice..Think they need to not limit the menu when its at least an hr before closing.. it doesn't take that long to cook the patties.. just do smaller amounts rather than limit the menu

I got a pineapple in.my cheeseburger... it wasn't bad but I had no idea that this was actually thing now. Love their deals 🙂

The ladies working here are so unprofessional they laugh and chat over your food and act like the customers are annoying them to do their work. There is no care nor professionalism with these ladies. I believe they all need to be fired and get other workers who will take pride in their jobs.

It was a quick pass through. Didn't stay long. The place was small not very good customer service but we worked with it.

The food is average. I'm no longer a fan. The service is meh. The restaurant is barely tolerable. Yuck. The bathroom was a complete disgrace. It smelled really bad, was dirty and one of the doors was missing. Plus there was water on the floor. Their food is mediocre. I don't plan on eating there again.

Atmosphere was unwelcoming... Food all over their counter & floor while they were serving, many flies were evident on the partition at the counter & buckets set in the dining area because of leaks.

This rating is not specific to one instance. I have been going here since I was a kid. My younger days were definitely better. Fast tracking to now, the customer service is on and off, and moreso only good if you get a supervisor. Ms.Blake is good, she has been there forever; and Maya is also good. Even though Maya and I started on a rocky note, we grew to understand her personality. Sometimes there is only one person serving when there is a crowd; some even look you dead in the eyes when you are asking for assistance and do nothing, and they are generally slow. I must say this location isnt always crowded and it is clean. You can always get somewhere to sit and eat, inside or outside.

This Burger king location is just so awesome and plus the staff are great even security guard. They are a complete dose of awesomeness and let me not forget they are clean.

Just your customary fast good experience, nothing really to discredit them. Just that they aren't engaging. Nevertheless good service which is uncustomary. Not bad

Bought food there and I must say I'm not pleased. I got tea when I open it only hot water there is noting to make the tea. Next the pancakes there is no syrup to go on it. I spent over 5000 so what they expect me to drink the so-so hot water?

It's a burger King just like every other burger King. I'd say the staff at this one however, moves way faster and is more professional than the one at braeton. It was better back in the day though when the kids section was active. I'm not sure why all the fast food companies have closed all their kid's sections.

We didn't enjoy the fish sandwich and I believe BK needs to pay closer attention to this one. The fries were delicious and the Hershey pie was great. The store felt good and the restroom was nice and clean.

The staff appear very demotivated. A number of them seem to be surviving simply because they make a joke about everything. The sandwiches are not made with any care, it's like the ingredients are just slapped together. Even the way they are wrapped suggest that the staff does not really care. The management of this franchise NEED to give some attention to building staff morale.

Burger King Portmore Mall is ok. When I visited it was a Sunday so the area was fairly quiet and a lot of parking. The ordering was quick but getting the food was slow. The staff walking aimlessly. Wanted a milkshake and their machine was down (Burger King milkshake machines are normally down more than how they work). My kids somewhat love it more than KFC look at that lol. I suspect it's bcuz it's the second time they were eating it verses KFC. The place was clean but the bathrooms need some work on. The price is what u would expect for fast food. The area on a Sunday is somewhat lonely in my view.

Burger king customer base is not that big so at least I would expect some kind of thought to be put into the food they serve. This is the so-called 2 for 1000 special. I was so dissatisfied on top of the drive-thru cashier road attitude #Nevergoingbk

Waited in the line for over 20 minutes after paying by the window for my order. When I asked the server who brought the drink .. What's happening tonight ? She closed the window and walked away. Never going back there.

No kids toys available and they were charging for the toy. Isn't the toy free with the kids meal? Do better BK. That's low.

After arriving late Wednesday night and zapped owing to flight delay went to the Braeton branch for breakfast. The drive thru was moving inside was on a go slow. After being served I realize that I got no straw to have the orange juice. I wasn't told had to ask After checking in the bag , it happened already where I went and no coffee and I was like only in Jamaica. Bad for customer service. We do have choices

I got burned nuggets. I'm sure they saw that it was obviously burnt but still gave me tobleave with. Outside of that incident the food is generally good.

Burger King Portmore Food was good. Service needs alot of improvement and they need some more speed with getting the orders out.

Normal fast food restaurant with general options it also has veggie options as well which is nice to me. You can still sit on benches outside now but inside dining still closed off.

I won't suggest breakfast here. Breakfast in Kingston is better. Better in terms of service and preparation. My hash browns always cold and mixed with fries like it's the bottom I always get. They are standard in regards to regular lunch. In my opinion, halfway tree deals with me consistently better service. Again, I always say, it's how workers are treated why service is poor. Just saying. I will still go there but it's not my first choice, Mother's next door is my first choice not KFC.

How can there be a time for the drive thru to open in the a.m. and that cashier be absent with no one to cover? The portions for the pancake platter have shrunk significantly. Concerns are raised about the absence of basic products, such as Schweppes, that should have been ready in the a.m. overall lacking in system and smooth operations. Training and oversight desperately needed at Burger King Portmore Mall. Desperately!
