Wasn't as clean as it should've been, so only 4 stars. My sheets had hair in them first night and hair all over the bathroom floors. I washed my own sheets and remade the bed so I could sleep in it. Great amenities though, comfy bed, AC broke and they fixed it the next day. Within 5-7 mins of downtown Moab.

We spent two nights when we visited Moab. These are big condos with three rooms. The rooms were big, and the two bathrooms were just great. They have washer and drier, although we didn’t use it. I love the big kitchen, and it’s counters. Overall it was great.

Really nice place! The only problem was that our fridge didn't work very well. We bought ice cream and out it in the freezer and the next day it was completely melted and it took 3 days for out water bottles to freeze. And the beds were a little squeaky and the bunk beds weren't very comfortable, so my friend and i slept on the couches so we wouldn't have to share a room with someone else, and the couches were very comfortable!

New condos, clean, well stocked, and comfortably furnished... No trees yet, but it is landscaped. Great views from the 3rd floor balcony, which is also set up with a table, 4 chairs and an outdoor grill. However there is no shade from the sun or umbrella for the table. WiFi & Cable TV working, but Dish Network not available as offered. The box was there, but there was no USB cable cord😥 There is a service number, but it takes the next day before assistance is provided and, for overnight stays, it really doesn't help. We were very comfortable otherwise (family road trip, two couples) and wished we would have reserved 2 nights instead.

Fairly close to the Arches. The townhouse is clean and well maintained. It is also close to mountain and have access to the pool. The only complain is there is no light outside at night. Otherwise all good.

This is an absolutely incredible place to stay.Awesome location. Exceptional service and priced right🙏🏻 If visiting Moab this is the place to stay!

We have had such better experiences with this condo complex in other units, on other visits. Our unit (unit c, building 2, floor 1) was very cheaply renovated and was infested with cockroaches. Additionally, the family above us was very loud and would be stomping. There were no tissues in the whole place. It just felt dirty. The floor boards were covered in dirt. One of the beds had a clump of hair in the "clean" sheets. The kitchen was well stocked, but the oven barely worked, everything took twice as long than normal. The host was helpful and responsive the whole time, but knew they had cockroaches and did not bother to do anything effective about it. While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. Overall I would probably look somewhere else, there are places that are more expensive but that is for a reason, I'd spend the extra money to not stay in this condo again.

The standard and quality of the 3 bed apartment surprised me. It's clearly a very well run professional outfit. I will definitely come back.

Great room layout. The pool needs some shade and a filter backwash but is decent. Feel like the entire place had been converted into Airbnb.

My experience there was really good!! The WIFI was very fast and the rooms were really clean!!

The quality of place is fair and cheaply built. Carpets were worn and finished are very cheap. We stayed here for a couple nights but beds were comfortable and it provided a place for us to crash.

Super clean! Spacious, comfy, plenty of towels! Nice table with chairs and grill on balcony! Nice view though! Only thing is that they didn't give us the correct wi-fi Password lol but I would definitely go back!!!

Great airbnb. Outside the hustle and bustle of Moab but close enough to get into the mix of locals and tourists. Great proximity to Arches and nearby recreation areas.

Did an airb&b. The building is clean. The swimming pool was clean. The hot tub was working as well which is nice. Their condos are pretty nice as well. Great complex close just outside of Moab.

The rooms were super big and the showers were nice. It felt like we were in a house and not a hotel. The towels were folded up nicely and there was a large TV. It was a great place to unwind and rest. The beds were comfy and clean. I would recommend, even if it is a bit of a walk up the stairs ':D

Really great place to stay with a large family. Very spacious rooms and up to date furnishings, and all the kitchen supplies you’ll need. The pool and hot tub were terrific. Beautiful scenery as your backdrop as well, and good communication with the property manager for questions, etc. Just a short ten minute drive into downtown Moab and close to Arches and Canyonlands National parks. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay, the pool is very nice and is the perfect temperature, The housekeeping is very good. The air conditioning is nice but kind of loud. The beds are comfortable and it's a very large condo. The rules are kinda strict but overall its a very nice place to stay with family, friends or maybe by yourself. They even have a Netflix account free to use! I highly recommend these condos to anyone visiting Moab, Utah.

Nice spot next to the highway. Pool and hot tub were pretty cloudy though.

My family had a great stay in these condos. They were very spacious, clean, and modern. The unit was well-stocked with toiletries, etc. check-in and check-out was super easy and handled electronically with a key code for the door. Very convenient. We would definitely stay again.
