    The sandwiches here are usually pretty good, but the service (especially at drive thru) is non-existent. Literally. The last 2 times thru here I've just pulled away and left because no one ever serves me. When I pull through I see people in there working, but I can't sit in the drive thru at the talk box for 6 mins and never have anyone even say "hi." Guess I'll find a new sandwich place.

    As someone stated before in a review on a Saturday two times they're not open. That's fine but at least put a sign somewhere in the driveway before you drive around or at least on the menu board that they are closed. I was stuck behind a truck that waited 10 minutes for someone to answer him I thought he was placing a large order. Three stars also for the generic answer you get from any negative review.

    Go to literally any other jimmy johns. The service here is absolutely horrible. Also, why is there no option to get a refund on the app? These dummies gave me the wrong order and then closed the store 3 hours earlier than your own website says it should be. So I'm just out of luck on a refund or getting my food corrected? I would like my tip back as well. Obviously, it wasn't deserved.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had. Usually the people are great and I understand they are short staffed but the way we were treated yesterday was ridiculous. I checked my bank account and seen I was over charged so I asked the cashier for the receipt and seen they got an item wrong. The young girl rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty hostile look and argued with me. As I said I don’t want to eat here and asked for a refund they got really rude and reached in the tip jar to throw money at me. I tried contacting customer service but no reply. I come here everyday for lunch and never had this problem I will definitely drive to the one across town now. I won’t ever come here again. I get that people have bad days but for them to act extremely rude and mumble under their breath and throw money at me is unacceptable. Not only do I come here for my personal self we also cater for my job and I have a big role in what we order and I will never order from this location. I do plan to take this to corporate. I know this is a rant with a lot of errors but I’m still very upset and frustrated! This happened in front of 5-6 customers as well. The two people who were rude made this company look extremely bad as a whole. I would love for them to look at the cameras to see the whole thing play out because in my opinion these people shouldn’t be working with customers. Not only did I felt disrespected but another customer walked out and said the same thing. “ I don’t want them handling my food” I still haven’t got a call back.

    The hours they are open are unrealistic for any business. On top of that why have a drive through if it’s always blocked off/closed! Make it make sense!

    Definitely a good jimmy Johns to go to if you want to consistently be surprised with what they decide to put on your sandwich since they get it wrong nearly every time.

    Every time I order from this location specifically, whether it’s through DoorDash or online they always cancel our order. How is this establishment is able to stay open with inconsistent hours and cancelling customer orders. I will be seeking another jimmy johns establishment.

    Food is decent. The rest, not so much. They have a giant shelf unit for pickup orders, easy for them to place orders on, but insist on not using it. They instead want you to stand in line to get your order, I'm not sure why. It is so easy to place these orders on the shelf, I don't understand. In addition to this, they don't even update online orders to say they're done til hours after.

    the manger there is an absolute sweetheart, i ordered online and there was something wrong with my sandwich so i called, he replaced my whole order and gave me a cookie on top of that. he fully engages with customers and goes above and beyond for everyone

    I visited this jimmy johns two times in the last week. The first time I visited, I had to wait a very very long time and an item was missing on the sandwich. I contacted the Owner and he immediately took action by making sure the night crew was better trained, addressed long wait times, and offered me a free sandwich. Most people would not take the time to write this review, but I feel that the owner went above and beyond. He truly cares about service. The second time I visited a few days at roughly the same time at night, my experience was amazing. There were more cars in line and I received my order much quicker, as well as the quality of the sandwich was great. 5 stars, highly recommend!

    Friendly fast service. Good sandwiches. Only complaint is the menu does not say what's all on the sandwich. Example the beach club on the menu does not mention tomatoes, but they put tomatoes on the sandwich. Recommend listing all sandwich toppings.

    An hour and 10 minutes before closing and they had no bread. A sandwich chain with no bread. Then my choice was to either wait for them to see the cars in front of me or back out of their ridiculous one lane building wrap-around drive-through. I ended up backing out but these one lanes with no escape need to be a thing of the past....especially if you are a sandwich shop running out of bread.

    The employee at the register had personal ear phones hanging off his ears while taking orders and working the register. I don't think it is at all appropriate. Sandwich was just so-so.

    This place is NEVER open on the weekend. This has been going on for quite some time, I get it 'labor issues'. How much longer are we going to use that excuse, especially when others have gotten their labor issues figured out. This is a management issue. I always told me boyfriend when we came thru here that the employees look and act like they hate their lives.

    They are only going to be open till 4:00 for a long time until they can get help. We got little John's and for lunch it was perfect. The store is just way too small and way too cramped. Other than that the food was just okay. There was not a lot of meat or veggies and it could be because we got the smaller sandwich.

    I work in retail and understand the labor shortage, but I don’t understand horrible customer service. Trying to go to this store on my lunch break, I pulled up to the drive through speaker and was told someone would be right with me. As I sat there for 3, 4, 5 minutes, I observed two Jimmy John employees taking the trash out. They were laughing and kicking the bags around, talking to each other. I politely asked if there was anyone to take my order as I had now been sitting at the speaker for 7 minutes. “When we get back in!” The employee snapped at me rudely as he turned his back on me to continue to talk to his coworker. 10 minutes after pulling up to the speaker, the two employees were still outside talking. I drove away and won’t be coming back. Good thing Jersey Mikes is in the same complex with great service. In less than 10 minutes I had sandwich in hand and headed back to work.
