McDonald’s located in Winner, South Dakota is a good McDonald’s. The employees are nice. We did notice some dead flies inside the restaurant.

Ordered the crispy spicy chicken sandwich I have no idea how long it was under the warmer but it is horrible I get one each week and this is just terrible I know whoever made it could care less from what I got… very soggy. Calvin would be disappointed when I was there we wouldn’t ever sell food that old miss the quality…

so I ordered 30 dollars worth of food off the website and then went to pick it up, once I got to this place I did not feel very welcome. I then let the two people up front about my online order with my name. well they -couldn't find it- so the lady very rudely asked for the order number so I gave them that and once again could not find me. what the heck okay so I showed them my order on my phone and they still could not find me. So 10 minutes of the waiting and getting glared at he comes back to the counter and says oh Justin right? Yes man like what the heck I gave you that name 10 minutes ago!

This McDonald’s sucks!! I’ve ordered so many times from here and have gotten the wrong stuff, or have been missing stuff. Today was the last straw! I had an issue with my mobile order (5-10-23 around noon) and called and the girl that picked up was extremely rude to me and then hung up on me. All I wanted to know was if I could cancel my order since I sent it to the wrong McDonald’s on accident. Learn how to treat your costumers and how to DOUBLE CHECK orders before handing them out. It’s not that hard!!!

I gave a 2 star because LITERALLY 9 out of 10 times my food is missing something wether it be bacon pickles cheese something I have never been here and gotten my complete order

The only reason I don't eat here anymore is because there's no buffalo. It's such an easy fix, the simplest and cheapest way to convince me to spend $300 a year here. But I will not eat your nugs without buffalo. Call me crazy, that's fine, but I don't eat chicken without it and I can't be alone. This is like serving a burger without a bun or a coke without ice. It's unnatural.

Was delicous! Althpugh fries are always a hit and a miss some cold some hot! But overall food was good and price was reasonable! And best part their ICECREAM machine was working!!! So nothing to complain about!

A fast food service restaurant we frequent at least once a week..service has gotten better in the Spearfish location and food is quite greasy but if u can get over all that it is alright just for a quick bite to eat

Typical Mcdonalds. Dine in seating is very limited. Deive through is efficient. If you order ahead through the app and park, it usually takes longer to get your food than if you went through the drive-through. It's definitely not faster.

Disappointed. Can always count on your food being screwed up here. And as usual it was. The fries tasted like they had been sitting awhile. Definitely not the usual hot yummy McDonald’s fries. They were dry and tough. Very disappointing.

Not sure who I just encountered at the drive through window tonight but he was a younger gentleman. I must say one of the most polite and professional encounters I've received in my lifetime food industry or not. Wish I could of got your name buddy but keep that type of attitude and professionalism and you will go very far my friend.

This is a great McDonald's. It's clean and the people who have served me have been polite and courteous. I would like to see more smiles tho.

The kids working here are so sweet. They're happiest when you're nice to them. You could try looking at them and smiling, saying have a good day and meaning it. Works for me.

Food was really good. Fresh. All the local seniors come here and visit. I loved it
