I seriously hope the owners of this Taco Bell take what I’m about to write serious. Care. About. Your. Workers. I’ve came in with my husband and seen poor employees here working sick when they should be home. I know fast food doesn’t pay well and that if they take a sick day off, they’ll lose more than they’ll get. It’s sick. Pay your employees more and take care of them. Maybe you wouldn’t be so short staffed all the time if you paid well!! My husband and I love the food, but the way it’s managed it’s horrible. I truly feel bad.

The man behind the counter was professional and fun. The employees in the back (an older man and a woman) were quite unprofessional. The older gentleman was having a bad day and was taking it out on everyone else.

everytime i go to the taco bell in spearfish they get something wrong. i’ve refrained from making a review cause i didn’t want to be that person, but i’m truly so tired of paying $30-50 everytime and them getting it wrong. i get it it’s fast food. but it annoys me because i know that most of the workings are stoners, maybe if they were sober at their job they wouldn’t mess everyones orders up every single time.

Always great dont know why people complain. We have eaten here plenty in the past few months and customer service is always great and food quality is above what i would expect for fast food.

Our food was announced by Jason (I think that was his name) who was incredibly apologetic and gave us a free coupon for the long wait even though it was busy. This is the type of service that should be awarded.

First visit to a taco bell in years. Now I know why. No meat in the tacos. Staff was great. Food chinsy.

This is our Taco Bell - Jarrad is always fantastic about my kids, particularly my oldest who is autistic and has a severe allergy. The whole staff is warm and welcoming, the place is always clean, and they are just fantastic about answering all of my boys random questions. They’re always going above and beyond! We love you guys!

There bean burritos are very good. I would go as far as to say that I love them. My grandmother got a crunchy taco, and she said that it was phenomenal and very delicious!
