People, super nice. Breakfast was a little cold. Rooms were clean. No elevator if that's something you care about. A little dated. My mattress has a big sink hole in it so I slept on the other side. But it needs replacing. If in the area I'd stay again.

My family stays here at least once a year for vacation. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy(for the most part), and service is fantastic. The outdoor pool is great in the summer. Fairly reasonable rates for what you get. Cute little bar by the front desk for evening drinks on the weekend.

A really nice best western/hotel to stay at. Extremely conveniently located right off I-90 for the traveler looking to rest their head. Reasonably priced and has a happy hour (that I didnt take advantage of, but I know the bar is attached to the hotel, very convenient). The first floor has doors on the outside and inside which was the first I ever encountered, but really enjoyed. I visited in the summer, but I imagine in the winter that is very pleasant to be able to avoid the outdoors. There was unfortunately Canadian wildfires occurring that made the air quality absolutely atrocious, so the pool was unusable as it was outside. There was no vending machine which was a bummer when I was craving a late night snack, but lots of little markets nearby had I been desperate. The restaurant right next to it was fabulous (reviewed separately but I would seriously recommend, you just walk right next door). The rooms were pretty standard rooms, comfy bed, 4 pillows for the king bed. The reasons for 1 star deduction: they ran out of milk at 7 am for breakfast service (they were going to get more, but still frustrating as we were leaving then), the rooms were not very sound proofed, I could hear other dogs barking easily, and there were bees EVERYWHERE. They got into our car, on the grill and just everywhere. Maybe the wildfire smoke was confusing them, but it was terrifying. The water pressure was barely adequate per my preferences. Would still stay again

We booked rooms last minute due to a terrible airbnb experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. Nothing special about the rooms or building/decor, but we had a comfortable stay. Definitely an affordable option as well.

Affordable stay with dogs. A little love from a handyman would make this hotel $100 more a night. I loved this place for what it was with clean rooms and great service. Breakfast was also better than a 3 star hotel we had the day prior. Will be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel! We had just begun a 4 week adventure and I was having to book at times, sight unseen so never really knew what the hotels would look like until we got there. The pictures on the internet or on their website aren't always accurate. This hotel however was nice, great location and our room was very clean with no smell from the pets/people before us. It had double doors so you had access to the inside hallway as well as the outside too. It could use a better outside area for Pets though, we did have our dog with us. I'm extremely picky and am not very good at compromising. Is it a 5 Star Hotel, no but we had a good nights sleep and a nice breakfast before heading out the next morning.

Room is really big, clean, and opened outside and inside so you can stay out of the cold. Staff was friendly and let us check in early. Continental breakfast was about what you'd expect from a Continental breakfast but the area was clean and food hot

Carpet dirty. Smelled musty. Mold on wall in bathroom inside and beside the door. There for 5 days...bed was never made....cleaning was rare and minimal. No waffle maker in breakfast area. Had 2 tv's but one in the bedroom didn't work. Staff was friendly and helpful....just very busy.
