The restaurant floor is very dirty, nobody seems to clean it up. Nobody empties the bins! It’s a shame to lower the standard of a McDonald’s restaurant so much! Is there a manager here? I doubt whether I will bring the kids here again!!

Always something missing, no apologies from young staff. Very bad attitude, they all need a good lesson when it comes to customer service. You’re getting paid to do a job so make sure you actually do your job properly. Terrible.

They were uninterested in serving me. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes ignored. I noticed that the male toilets were not very clean. My mother reported that the female and accessible toilets were likewise unhygienic. When they did finally notice me, they were polite and listened to the order; mum's order isn't hard but is non-standard, it was explained three times before two different people, but the burger was still wrong, actually so was the charge for it. The food on the whole was pretty usual fare for McDonald's, and that was the only real saving grace. I have used this maccas several times before, but this was the 1st time in-store.

By far the worst McDonalds store ever!!!!! ALWAYS getting order wrong 9 times out of 10 you ask for no pickles you get pickles! ask for your coffee extra hot you get it warm!! no the customer service from the young girls that work there during the week in the afternoon and night is shocking VERY RUDE ALL THE TIME!! they need to be FIRED !!! The ONLY person that works there and is polite/happy and friendly is a young guy named Ben that works in the drive thru in the morning ( Thanks Ben ) If there was another store closer to where I live would never got to this place again (lucky I move in 4 weeks) MANAGMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF (Apart from Ben they need to promote him) VERY VERY POOR!!

Pulled up to Spearwood maccas about 9:20am, for the first girl on the service window was bright and cheerful and just lovely to served by, but on sadly on the second window the service girl obviously wasnt enjoying her or job or morning and was a bit rude but we could deal with that, we get it, it's early still. Told to pull up to first parking bay to wait 10 minutes for two burgers(one with pickles), 4 drinks, and a large chips, you guys sure gave it a go, but couldn't quite get it right, extra/added pickles isn't one little pickles in the middle of the burger, but I found it... eventually.

Would recommend. The guy I spoke to was competent and altered my DoorDash order

So this is my local maccs so this review is not based on one time but every time I visit, the food is just always not fresh the buns are old the chips they really need to do something about old soggy full of oil chips, breaky the Mac muffins is like biting into concrete, yes if I go a more high class suburb the food is perfect go figure ay

Unprofessional staff, they will ruine the whole branch reputation. Every time talking no work custimers waiting uber drivers waiting and they always kiding and chilling

I was having problems with the app and asked to speak to someone because it said the meal wasn't available at that store even though it was. The manager was totally unhelpful and told me to order it normally without the app, which meant no points. He was quite short with me. This had happened to me at another Maccas, and there, they took the error code down and said they'd contact IT. The next time I went there, they'd fixed the problem but not at Spearwood, he didn't even look at my screen or write the code down. Not interested at all, disappointing.

Gentlemen who served in the drive thru tonight was the most polite drive thru worker I've seen in a long time definitely deserves some props good job mate

This is a McDonald’s franchise, independently owned. Drive thru got my order wrong and made me a hot drink when I had ordered iced. I showed the app order on my phone and asked for my correct drink. The girl tried to argue with me and was incredibly rude. After a little while I was served the iced drink that I had ordered, but with the wrong milk (not what I had ordered). I have a dairy allergy and went into anaphylaxis while driving with 3 kids in my car. Luckily I was able to pull over and an ambulance was called for me. This was all recorded on my dashcams and I will be seeking legal advice.

This Macca's is a new store with lots of parking, easy access and 4 disabled parking bays near the door. The restrooms were very clean as was all the tables. My only negative is meal prices.

Service was great not a long wait time and food was prepared great will visit again

At 11:30am today at the drive-through, I was told I could not get hotcakes- breakfast menu closed at 10:30. This MacDonald website says it's open til noon. Gee, that's odd. MacDonald has never lied to me before. At least not in the past month.
