Friendly staff and always helpful. I could not speak more highly enough of Dr Sang Tan. He is the most diligent and patient doctor I have every visited. He never rushes you and listen to all your concerns the ultimate professional. We have now made him our family doctor

Dr Navid takes good care of his patients and makes sure you receive the right treatment before you leave. So happy with my GP.

Dr. Navid Akhlaghi is one of best doctors I've came across. He is very professional, courteous and provides a detailed clinical explanation understandable to anyone with an average medical knowledge. The medical centre staff are very helpful and appointments are made effortlessly.

after going here for a few years now I thought it was a safe / professional place... but after getting basically lied to about medications I will say I will never be seeing this doctor again its so wrong . worst part is no one cares that works there when i think this is a major issue, if medications aren't being explained and a "doctor "puts you on meds to prevent suicide knowing your trying to loose weight - then you get put on meds that cause weight gain !! how is it ok ?

Had great experiences previously but won’t be back there again as when I called to confirm an appointment they advised I had a no show fee on account from an appointment when I called in to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would try make it but the lady said there’s no point as they would be closing soon. We rescheduled the appointment and no further issues. Today I was told I have a $44 no show fee on the account because of the above situation and while trying to explain the receptionist didn’t want to hear any of it. When explaining I couldn’t pay the fee today so please cancel the appointment I have for today she said she will have to add another no show fee on top of that. Asked to speak to someone else and she just kept repeating that I can come in and pay or cancel and pay twice.

Dr LEE Is an amazing doctor who takes her time to explain everything and is very friendly and makes me feel very much at ease and also her staff , the nurses are wonderful in particular Isabel who went out of her way to help me on Friday and also the lovely Laura who always has a smile on her face and very caring . The reception staff who are very efficient and always try there very best with appointments. A big thankyou to these wonderful people for there service they provide. I'm one happy patient .

Saw Dr Tan today. From the time of making booking to end of consult, received 5 star service. Reception rang the day earlier to ask if we could change our appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very apologetic. We changed our appointment from one dr to another. During the consult, Dr Tan was very attentive and thorough. Did not rush me in any way. He asked if I had any questions. As we had already spent about 20 minutes of the consult, I actually ran out of questions. Highly recommended.

Have been visiting this practice for a while now. All doctors fantastic. Very caring reception staff, doctors & nurses. Highly recommended. Seven day operation with early morning week day appointments available. Thank you for top care which is a rarity these days :)
