    I follow Spinal Yoga. At first I thought yoga was difficult and had to be pulled here and there. It turned out to be beyond my expectations. That in Spine Yoga is very easy and very fun. We were also given such clear knowledge and understanding that at first I was discouraged about my health. After 4 meetings, I experienced a lot of very good progress. Initially, muscles that have been stiff for a long time can finally relax without the help of medication. Thank you, Mr. Rafael, who taught me for 7 days. BPK really gave me extraordinary knowledge. Thank you also to Ytb staff. Hopefully Spine Yoga will be more successful in helping many people.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

    Spine Yoga was the right choice for me when I experienced neck and shoulder pain due to my sitting habits and lack of exercise (lazy to move). Spine Yoga Teacher has provided education on good daily habits. Hopefully more people will pay more attention to their health and their spine from a young age.     Alhamdulillah ya Allah bisa tahu yoga tulang belakang, keluhan saya sering sakit kepala belakang, dan hasil MRI cervical kifosis, sudah berkali2 fisioterapi tetep ngga ngaruh, ngga ada perubahan dan harus minum obat biar bisa tidur, akhirnya coba ikut yoga tulang belakang, aku ikut 12 sesi, dan ajaibnya baru sesi pertama udah ngerasain manfaatnya. kepala agak mendingan yg tadinya seharian bisa ngerasain sakit kepala, ini ngga, dan skrng Masyaallah bgt udah ngga minum obat dan bisa tidur dengan kualitas, o iya aq juga ada keluhan lutut belakang sakit klu d tekuk, skrng udah ngga sakit lagi.. Masyaallah, pelayanannya juga ramah bngt, gurunya jga sabar bngt ngajarin basic yoga, terima kasih ilmunya Bu Syifa, ini ilmu yg sangat berharga bngtt karena aku sendiri udah ngerasain manfaatnya, terima kasih ka Andre yg baik bngt, aq yg selalu minta ganti2 schedule tp dengan sabar dan baik hati, ka Andre sll siap melayani, terima kasih yoga tulang belakang sukses selalu dan makin bermanfaat bagi bnyk orang.     Terapi aktif untuk pengobatan yang cocok untuk yang sakit backpain, diajarkan cara2 aktivitas sehari2 untuk mencegah sakit punggung, dan memperbaiki daily habits serta kebiasaan sehari2 yg dapat menyembuhkan backpain dengan pengaturan napas..

    Guru dan staffnya ramah dan baik. Saya juga jadi tahu bagaimana pernafasan yang benar agar gerakan2 yoga yang dilakukan tidak membuat cedera atau sakit. Gerakan2nya sederhana, bisa dilakukan sendiri dirumah. Tetapi prinsip2 pernafasannya yang saya rasa bisa membantu memaksimalkan setiap gerakan. Terima kasih!

    Kalau mau cari yoga yang untuk therapy, disini tempat yg tepat. Bukan ngejar keringet, tp diajarkan bagaimana gerakan treatment yg qt butuhkan, Daily habit yg tepat dan telnik pernafasan unt menunjang therapy sangat menunjang hasil therapy… Sy baru tau ada banyak jenis yoga. Ada sport dll…. Tp untuk therapy, disini paling tepat. Sy sdh buktikan

    I am a scoliosis sufferer with a degree of 60%, and I am no longer young, the problems I experience are frequent back pain, stiff neck and shoulders and migraines. After attending 12 spinal yoga sessions for scoliosis sufferers, some of the benefits I felt were improved sleep quality, reduced back and neck pain, and reduced migraines. It was a really good experience to take a class at Spine Yoga, which was supported by a kind, patient and friendly teacher. What was most enjoyable was the prayer session with the students at the end of each session. Hopefully we can all live healthier again. Thank you Mrs. Starla and Spine Yoga

    I'm so happy to have found the right sport + therapy for my somewhat stiff body. I have a large degree of scoliosis and my goal in joining the program here is to get rid of recurring pain. Thank God, my pain is gone and if it comes back I already know how to treat it without having to go to a clinic, etc., because here we are taught movements/techniques that can be done independently at home😊

    Very happy to take part in spinal yoga therapy. Each session is valuable because it provides training and a clear understanding of the most basic things, mindset, how to breathe correctly, how to improve posture and also taught movements that can reduce pain and soreness for my scoliosis problem. Apart from that, the advantage of this exercise is that I can also do it independently at a later date. Thank you YTB 😊

😠 Stupid rule. We have been going to the pool for a while at least 2-3times a month. Today they said we need to pay for the nanny. Our nanny only there to watch our belongings. Not even touch the water. Soo we have to pay for her to just sit there. Ridiculous!!!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I went into Jal Yoga this morning for a complimentary trial. The ambience was so good and clean, they provide water dispenser, shower, mats and lockers so we just have to prepare face towel and bottle. The instructor is professional and kind. I’m wondering to join the full class next month.
