Check-in was terrible, need to wait 45minutes to be able to get a room - not to mention the waiting time for elevator. Clearly understaff, the staff is overwhelmed with too many guest and i have to confirm multiple times to reception whether the room is ready or not, its clearly the management fault not the staff, they should anticipate this. Elevator sucks! Need to wait 15-30 minutes everytime i need to go down/up. Room was big, but when i entered the room, its super wet. I need to ask the towels, they deliver it to the rooms 3 hours after i requested. I can understand it because the elevator is teribble. They have kitchen, but the utensils is greasy full of oil, i need to wash the utensils before i used it. I traveled with my 2 and 4 year old kids, playground was OK, cant complaint, would be better if they provide sink/wastafel to wash hands. Pool was OK, but they only provide 1 shower room for each male and female, its outside the hotel. You can just imagine the queque-ing by yourself on weekends.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit, it is very spacious with a kitchen, a washing machine and an ironing board. However the interior is very old and feels kinda creepy, like an 80's apartment. The good side is that every room has a window and the living room has a balcony. They also offer a wide variety of breakfast menu. Our son enjoyed the playground and swimming pool.

The room was super nice, but the staff/the receptionist are NOT HELPFUL, the security were ARROGANT, the hotel elevator was SUCKS! Imagine you need to queuing 15-20 minutes only to reach your room or the lobby by using the hotel elevator! Everyday you can't go in to your own room cause the room access card denied and you need to go to the receptionist EVERYDAY to RENEW the room access card, INSANE. And yet they NEVER said apologize for this dissapointed services.

Okay value for the money, I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for about two weeks. It was comfortable. Small roaches that hang out in the bathroom at night but didn't see any elsewhere. We got two key cards for our room, which is useful. Breakfast is actually fine, seating is also nice with comfortable booths, etc. When your kids want to play in the play area, not only do they require you to schedule a time but, They literally lock you inside of the playground area for kids. You are locked inside of the gated area and if you wish to leave the play area you have to yell for staff to come and unlock it, just to be able to leave the play area, treating you and your child like a prisoner. My wife also got trapped in the elevator for a few minutes. When mentioning it to staff, they said, "it's an old building".

Located in Jakarta's business district so very convenient for meetings and business lunch. Small lobby and narrow hallways. It is not luxiourus and interior furnishings needs a facelift. Walls needs a good coat of paint. Food so so. Friendly and helpful staff.

It might not the best hotel, but I give it 5 stars for its value for money. I got a 3 rooms suite for about 1,3m IDR, which is a good deal. This suite has kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and even a laundry room with washing machine inside. Stove, oven, refrigerator are included. That price includes breakfast for 3 adult and 2 children under 12. A very good deal for me. Parking is free for 1 vehicle, and their space is enough even on peak season. It has proper pool at ground level. Breakfast is good with various meal option. Their staffs are nice and well trained. Even though the building is a little bit old, I recommend it for their reasonable price.

Strategic location. Nice pool. But if I can suggest, kindly please add some elevators to avoid congestion downstairs. The food may require some attention on quality n variety.

The room was clean and renovated, also cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Varied breakfast and excellent coffee, however, there are some points about breakfast that should be taken into consideration. For example, some fried foods (chips, sausages) were not crispy and were kept in containers that made the food soggy. Also, the thing that should definitely be considered by the hotel officials was the presence of a type of German cockroaches in the dining hall environment, which I saw a one of them once or twice. Regardless of the last point, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My kids liked the pool and environment of the hotel.

Its nice experience. Good service. To add quality, provide gallons of water in each apartment & periodically checked for any damage that may exist.

Aryaduta was once a household name. In this present time, I can not say if that's true. Originally I booked a superior room which turned out to be a standard, musty room with air conditioning that was not working despite being rectified by the engineer. One of the receptionist gave very unsatisfactory unhelpful answers everytime I asked about things in the room. I asked about possibility to move me into another room because the AC is not working. I also told him if I could get extra lighting because it was pretty dark in my room. First, he told me that I couldn't move and had to wait for the engineer to fix my AC. Only after the analysis of the engineers, would he even consider to move me to another room. Second he said , there is no extra lamp, if I want to I should just upgrade my room with additional charge of 500K per night. The phone in the room was very poorly connected to the receptionist. The shower head has limescale build up. The carpeted room with flimsy hotel slippers are just not my cup of tea. After the engineer somehow repaired the AC and after a very long wait for the AC to cool my room, which never happened, I was moved to another room which had AC working but still nowhere near 16 degree Celcius

Great 3 day stay at Aryaduta Semanggi. I stayed at Aryaduta Semanggi for the purpose of watching the DPR concert held at the Tennis Indoor Senayan. Actually there is a place that is relatively closer to Aryaduta Semanggi, it's just that I need lodging such as a house or apartment so I can do some work remotely. This apartment is very close to Plaza Semanggi so I only need to walk a few minutes from the shuttle travel at Plaza Semanggi to Aryaduta. Apart from that, this inn is also close to several other popular places such as MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi, The Newton 1, Jakarta Hospital, and the UPH Executive Education Center. If you like something related to history, culture, especially Chinese culture, you can visit the Ho Tek Tjeng Shin Temple. The facilities you get when you stay at Aryaduta Semanggi are having access to a fitness center and gym as well as access to a swimming pool. Because the inn that I chose is an apartment type, the manager also provides a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and cutlery in each unit so I only need to buy a few ingredients to be processed into meals. Not to forget they also provide a washing machine and iron so I can clean my clothes every day. Every day the rooms are cleaned and tidied up by the cleaning service and visitors get 2 bottles of 600ml mineral water every day for free. The unit that I chose was a one suite bedroom which has a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 room that functions as a work space, 1 bedroom and two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and bath which is located in the master bedroom. Each bathroom is equipped with toiletries so visitors can choose to bathe in any bathroom

Old apartment converted into a hotel. The room is huge, complete with 2nd bathroom and a living room, and an extra "room" that was probably supposed to be another bedroom. There's a kitchen, washing machine, microwave, fridge, basically like a serviced apartment. Service is very good, with polite employees. Pool is large, although shared with the apartment. Furnitures and room is clearly dated. They were clean though. Shower is strong. Bedroom is carpeted, so caution if you have allergies. Even in our non smoking room, we could still smell cigarette smoke, probably from people smoking in balconies or the emergency stairs. Quite annoying. Location is strategic, close to SCBD. Siloam MRCC hospital is just right next door. The breakfast food was so so. Not much selections. Indonesian food selections will always consist of white rice, a kind of fried rice, a noodle type dish, veggie, fish, and poultry. There's a rotating specialty (laksa/soto/etc). Western side is constant, with potato wedges, baked beans, beef bacon, sausages, and eggs. There might be more variety of food to your liking outside or through gojek. Room service is good, and the food seems to have more variety. Parking is free with stay, but the underground area might be quite tight if you have a big car. In short, decent place if you are after large room with living room and don't mind the dated building and furnitures.

Booked 4(four) 3BR-Suites. Very late c/in (around 4pm), with no clear explanation. Upon check-in, the first room found still messy, the other room with broken aircon, damp & dirty. And funny thing is, phone in ALL ROOMS are broke (no-tone). Accidental ? Looks like on purpose due to many complaints from guests. Enough is enough. This will be our last visit to Aryaduta.

im sorry but the elevator sucks, i waited 40+ minutes to get down to the lobby. pros: the breakfast and the staffs were actually nice

the room is good, very cheap for its cost. but, the service was bad. long waiting lift, and the receptionist was also long waiting. i came first but the other got the keys directly. and you need to ask receiptionist all the things, if not, you will have missed information. i need to pay my car parking because i have no direction from the receiptionist. and due to its renovation, many things feel bad.

We went to the food lounge, the ambience was okay but a bit dark, I got the beef butter rice, which when served I was kind of surprised because it had CHEESE as a topping (i like it tho). Tbh I didn't really taste any butter in the rice but overall okay 7/10

It is a hotel-apartment style with one, two, and three bedrooms option. Not a brand new hotel, yes it is old but clean and comfortable. The air conditioners work well, the water pressure and temperature are great. All of the staff are wonderful! Pak Deny, Mbak Mia, and other staff that I cannot mention all. Definitely will stay here again in my next visits.

It is a very bad hotel and the service is bad. The room was old and dirty, had dust everywhere, the toilet doesn’t flush, the elevator did not work so we used the emergency stairs and the ac doesn’t work properly in the lobby. Staying in this hotel is not worth it!!

I have web checked in to the hotel website but still I have to wait about 45 minutes to get my room. And the cleanliness and the tidiness should be upgraded. When I arrived at my floor I saw bags of dirty sheets in front of the πŸ›—.

Serviced apartments in strategic location. The building is already older but well maintained. My favourite thing about the place is that it is in walking distance to Gelora Bung Karo (GBK) Sports Complex, the perfect place if you want to walk in the middle of the city.

The kids happy when we stayed at 1BR type. The space 115. I had a bit uncomfortable experience to channels on tv that limited & bathroom. But we satisfied on bfast treatment with your staffs hospitality and many choices of food, beverages and snacks.

Disappointed with the experience. As we tried to check in, we were asked to wait for approximately 2 hours, despite checking in later. The room smells of cigarettes, the drainage in the shower is clogged with hairs from previous guests. We need to wait 30min for the only three functional lift, and the food in breakfast buffet is overall disappointing, either bland or too salty. In addition to that, the bed sheet was dirty in our room when we checked in.

Spacious room but seems too old, but luckily all stuff in the room work properly. It will be nice if the hotel management could maintain the hotel and refresh the furniture which damaged. The most disappointing moment was the room said no smoking room, and even have a sign for the fine but still the room really filled with smoke. The breakfast also less variations and not too delicious compare to other Aryaduta hotel i've stayed. But the service is quite good so overall it's still okay.

Stay here for 6 days for holidays. Staffs are helpfull, rooms are clean daily. There are some downside like TV in my bedroom are broken, and only 1 out of 4 stove are usable. It was kinda full during my stay so elevator waiting time can be a problem too.Nevertheless I’m happy to go back given the chance.

Elevators are very slow; there were lots of people queuing to elevators but no solutions from the hotel staffs; Room is moist; Food and beverage less variative; Windows are dirty; No anticipation from hotel staffs when the guests are full and crowded. The good things about this suite are the downtown location and hotel staffs are quite friendly. I prefer to looking for another suites in downtown Jakarta rather than this. Choice is yours..

  • 2/5 Jimmy K. 1 year ago on Google
Overall it's not value for money, and not recommended to stay here if you're looking for comfort and relax time. But maybe, if you're on a business trip and need a place that's easy to reach office area (sudirman, kuningan area) then maybe you can stay in this hotel.

  • 5/5 winda w. 1 year ago on Google
Swimming pool area is outside, next to the entrance. Someone from the staff is watching and will usher if your little kids strolled to the big pool unaccompanied. Only one family at times allowed in the olayground and you have to make reservation first. Food selection for bfast is a bit of a let down. But the cotton candy section makes kiddos happy.

The room is not presentable , old and not well maintained, the toilet bowl sometimes clogs and the elevator couldn't accommodate the guests properly - only 2 working elevators; one of the elevators has a broken button ( level 6 ); however breakfast is very good; I believe they build this place for apartment; it has washing machine and iron & iron board in the unit --- I believe this place got impacted by long pandemic coved 19

  • 2/5 Peter A. 1 year ago on Google
Problem with elevator. One is almost ALWAYS in maintenance. The other one is supposed to be operational but the buttons cannot be pressed. So that effectively left only one elevator in perfect working condition, to serve 40+ floors. Yeah old building, but seriously? For so long? No plan to upgrade? One would think during pandemic was a perfect time. Room cleanliness is not in high standard. Some roaches can be seen roaming. Staff are not to attentive. I asked to open the balcony but it took them one day to do it. Dirty plates only washed with water, not with soap. Breakfast is fine. Lot of choices. Room is spacious, there is even a washing machine provided.

The apartment unit is getting old for sure but the staffs are working hard to keep it tidy, clean and comfortable for the guests. The playground is sanitised every couple of hours. So I feel secure to let my grandson playing there.

  • 4/5 Isa Adi S. 1 year ago on Google
When we stayed there (weekend), one elevator was under maintenance. The maintenance took more than 2 days giving the visitor only 2 left elevators. I remember we spent 30 minutes waiting for the elevator just to go down to lobby. Real bad experience

  • 5/5 tiamuah _. 1 year ago on Google
It's not a brand new building but somehow still good maintained. Though the air con in lobby is not work properly. The building itself has 274 rooms and many floors. I stayed on 53th floor room apartment. The apartment has 2 bed rooms, 2 bath room, 1 study room, kitchen, living room, dining room and ironing room. The kitchen utensils maybe available (I haven't checked it) but no water dispenser. They only provide 3 bottle of mineral water. There are swimming pool and mini convenient store but not for 24 hours. The high value of this property is the location which is in the central of Jakarta. Mostly fit for the concert goers to Balai Sarbini Semanggi.

  • 2/5 Annisa F. W. 2 years ago on Google
Bad experience staying here. The water leaked from the AC, so the carpet in the room was wet and smell. The customer service phone was always busy, so I couldn't complain. The check-in process was slow, the queue was long and the hotel was super crowded with people, some of them (mostly kids) didn't even wear the face mask. The health protocol was ignored, there was not security officer who checked the body temperature or asked to check-in using pedulilindungi.
