Bad
first
impression
on
the
reservation
service,
my
family
and
I
booked
7
rooms
at
this
hotel,
before
we
checked-in
my
brother
and
his
wife
had
confirmed
it
a
few
days
ago
with
the
front
desk
staff
name
was
Rizaldi
who
promised
to
fulfill
the
rooms
according
to
our
request,
7
rooms
same
floor.
However,
when
we
checked-in,
it
turned
out
that
we
had
to
argue
with
the
staff
in
charge
Putro
and
one
lady
staff(I
don't
know
her
name)who
didn't
know
about
our
request
regarding
rooms
in
the
system
which
is
no
hand
over
properly
between
them(really
not
professional),
our
rooms
had
to
be
separated
on
different
floors
we
could
not
get
the
twin
room
as
per
booked.
Her
service
really
notably
poor
lack
of
friendliness
to
handle
this
matter,
she
could
improve
interaction
by
smiling
and
generous
manners
and
need
to
be
trained
more!
We
booked
7
rooms
for
me
and
family,
imagine
facing
very
bad
service
from
her
can
only
say
"wait
a
minute"
too
many
times
during
check
on
the
system
in
front
of
her!
I
hope
these
aspects
are
considered
for
enhancing
guest
satisfaction.
Finally
thanks
to
Iin
Housekeeping
staff
who
made
me
smile
with
her
hospitality
on
the
3rd
floor,
she
was
helpful
