The interior of the room we stayed on was okay, bit old fashioned and rustic. No smart tv, just cable, have balcony but no door to enter it, kinda makes you wonder why. But at least the hot water shower was nice. Ordered a room service that took forever to deliver i literally fell asleep waiting for the food. Located on a dead end road next to a brownish river lol, so its secluded but unpleasant view (and smell). The infinity pool at the roof was nice tho, altho not that big but at least the kids enjoy it. All and all a so so budget hotel.

The service people are wonderful, always smiling, & very kind. However, be aware of the bed bug infestation. I began my Feb 2022 Indonesia trip by quarantining for 5 days at this hotel. After 32hrs of travel, fell asleep right away, & woke up with 30+ bed bug bites on the upper torso. The hotel appeared to have good reviews & clean from all the online pictures, unfortunately, the first room assigned still gave me goosebumps. After calling the front desk 3-4x over a span of 8hrs on the second day, they finally moved me to another room without wood panels. If I didn't have to quarantine, I'd have definitely moved out of there. Having said all that, I will NOT recommend staying here due to the chance of bed bugs infestation.

I stay here for 2 night, location is good but quite far to find some food seller, room was old but clean and comfortable, service was very good, breakfast was good enough, there also have a rooftop pool and cafe with view city of jakarta. overall was good enough

It's overrated for that price range. The room smells like it hasn't been occupied for a month. The shower head and the toilet shower head are rusty and dirty. The wood vinyl flooring is soooo creaky and some parts are bubbled, I think it should be replaced. The room service takes a while, at night I requested a hair dryer to my room and they didn't deliver it to my room. I let it go until the morning and I requested again, it took a while until they finally delivered it. The bedding also should be improved. The location is great, really in the middle of the city.

nice n spacious room, AC and TV runs fine. the water runs a little too slow. there's a dirt in my windows and some water seeping in from outside rains. the water heater seems a little bit dirty too. even it's a new building it does feel so old. Just an ok experience

. I got bad experience. I paid about 28$ they give me very dirty room. Smelly. Cockroaches. Just announcements. And when i ask them to change my room. The answer is sorry sir all is full. Dark and boring and wet. I have allergic and got sick.

I stayed here for one night only because I didn't know much about this hotel. The reason I was chosen to stay here because they are provided early check in since 8AM. I was a bit surprised when they told me my room isn't ready yet but because they gave me Early check in so I was upgrade to other room without pay more. This hotel as architecture of art because there are many art picture here..fot those who love art.. You gonna love it.. A lot of genre of art painting here.. Thery gave rooftop restaurant that manage by other management in think.. The view from there was beautiful.. You would see Jakarta night view from here. The pool bit small and since is bear by the restaurant, I can't enjoy swinging here at night. By the way.. Let's try by your self and see it.. I gave 3 star because this hotel is 3 star hotel and the facilities also you know it.. So Doesn't mean it's not good hotel.

Such a great experience stayed in here. Urban hotel but family with kids friendly. their room were spacious, the bistro for breakfast is semi outdoor themes and they offered for various menus. They've two kinds of roof top swimming pools. In 6th floor are for kids and adult pool. In 11th for adult pools and there's langit teduh cafe closed the pool. Also their services were great 👍😃

Need to improve the service ... I just arrived at 09.50 pm and no body excort me to the room and the room was in the different building .. I need to figure it out by my self to find my room ... And on my last day I was'nt check out yet but they cleaned the room like the room ready for the next Guest , why they can't wait since they said c/out at 12.00 pm . Moreover I ordered the drink from the bar and since outdoor seat was hot I request to sit inside instead but the staff said I can't because the restaurant booked by some event ... The rest is just fine . Thank you!

I always loved to staycation in this hotel since 2009. Its vibes of this hotel always make me comfort. The employee is always smile and warm welcome to all visitor in this hotel, especially in front desk i've known miss indri and she already senior employee in this hotel and she is so friendly. Talking about meals, this hotel also give you the great taste and the price is affordable. Hopefully this hotel can be the best hotel, cause for me this hotel alredy one of the best hotel in Jakarta.

The place is okay for a standard usual hotel. The service was nice, air conditioner and warm water worked well. The food was mediocre

the room is not too clean. the bed linen has a lot of dirty spots. make visitor (like me) uncomfortable.

Stayed here for à night. Great hospitality. Just make sure to ask for the modern building. The bed and pool are better in their new building. Nice view from the rooftop.

A great place to stay, it is within the walking distance to Monas, Jakarta cathedral,Istiqlal mosque and some attraction within the vicinity, and easily to move around by gojek as well to some place which is a distance away. Thank to Ms Putri as a liaison officer in assisting my stay and a let me have a pleasant maiden trip in Jakarta

101 Urban noticed we had been in an accident recently and upgraded our room for free. They have a wheelchair and helped us to our room and moved all our luggage for us. Breakfast was a full buffet, with all kinds of foods and fruits with fresh made omelettes outside. Service is very good!

Very comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and situated in the modern city center so you can walk to the main attractions. The rooftop is beautiful with pool and bar with live music. I totally recommend.

It has great view and the service is top notch. The weaknesses is the space is small and it has minimum price to go in. Yet, the place is comfy for hanging out and having fun with friends. The scenery of Jakarta at night and the view from the rooftop is wonderful to enjoy through the night. It is a place for couple ofc but it can also for family and friends' hang out to spend the night at Jakarta

It's a nice hotel actually, the food tasted really good especially for dessert and the other services are excellent. But unfortunately, the wardrobe is very stink and all the cabinets are messed up and dirty :( . Housekeeper MUST concern about every room's equipment, but overall I enjoyed to stay at the suite family :)

It's pretty good for a 3 star hotel. The room has wide space and the breakfast has variety of menu. But the facility of swimming pool is poor. There's no chair and some parts of the pool floor are broken.

It's a very nice hotel downtown. We loved it.

I spent 3 nights in the hotel. I ordered the large size bed, but they ran out of it. So they gave me twin bed. They put us in 10th floor, top floor. Unlucky me, the 11th floor (rooftop) is a cafe. I can hear the footsteps of the guests on my room. To make things worse, the cafe has live music everyday from 6 - 10pm. After 10pm, I can hear the staff of the cafe tidying tables and chairs until 11:30. I had to complian to reception to make the noise stopped. Second night, I asked a room change. Luckily, there's a large bed room in 5th floor. Overall, the room in 5th floor was ok. Important message: Don't let them put you in 10th floor.

Worth the price to be honest yet still around near Central of Jakarta. When Im on my another business trip I will definitely come back here again.

I know it's a budget hotel but I think this hotel can provide more especially on its basic facility.

I was stay at Deluxe Residence which is the old building. The room is big (30m2) on the 2nd floor across the restaurant. Sadly I got very small view from the one and only small window of the room because its half blocked by outside wall. 😢. A larger or new window will be great for a better view from the room. And also level up a little bit of the room cleanliness. The rest like the staff, cafe, swimming pool and restaurant are good. Maybe I would come again but to experience the Deluxe Urban room. 👍

My experience staying at 101 urban Tamrin was very satisfying, the complete facilities when I checked in the receptionist was very friendly, nimble and very sensitive, his name was @Herlando I was greatly helped by the service from @Herlando. And the room is also very worth it as a place to rest from the hustle and bustle

Nice hotel in the middle of Jakarta, close access for traveling. Nice cafe, clean rooms. The service from the reception crew (Miss Riri) was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.
