A small guest house, in a quite neighborhood..good to bring young kids, but they don't serve meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner) So you have to bring your own or buy from outside. Closed to the vibrant neighborhood in walking distance. If you have wedding in Taman Kajoe, stay here is good options, for it very closed

Overall, it's worth it for the price in the 200,000 range, if hygiene was not the case, just make sure the linens are clean and a floor mat is provided, and this place will be superb. Note: I paid via Traveloka and found the rate was several tens of thousands cheaper if paid directly at the hotel. Positive: 1) The swimming pool is clean without excessive chlorine and feels very refreshing. 2) The bathroom is spacious, the hot water works quite well although it can't be prolonged, but the water pressure is strong, and I liked the misty water effect. 3) Easy check-in, only a 100,000 deposit required. 4) The place is very spacious, with a common room and many fish ponds. 5) After checking out, you can still wait in the common room, relax, and dry the towels. Negative: 1) The bed linens were somewhat dirty with stains. If they were clean, I would feel more confident about a repeat visit. 2) The receptionist is not always available, so they have various duties. You need to call so that someone will come to the lobby. 3) There are no amenities provided, except for soap and bathroom tissues. No toothbrush, toothpaste, facial tissues, towels, or floor mats. It's not a big deal for me since I'm used to bringing my own, but at least having a floor mat would prevent the floor from getting dirty easily. 4) The location of the electrical outlets is inconvenient, so I ended up charging my devices in the bathroom and moving a chair there.

A hidden affordable lodging in South Jakarta. It's a luxury house in a quite neighborhood made into hotel. The hotel has a curfew, from 11pm to 6am it will close its gate so you need to plan your time accordingly. The pool is quite small yet clean enough to swim (around 1.2m deep). Since this is initially a house made into hotel, there will be many large empty living room that can be turned into guest meeting point. The room itself is cozy and the bathroom is spacious. However, the wardrobe is kinda dusty so you might want to check it before unpacking your clothes. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and will be back again if I had the chance. 4 stars.

Whole building was clean enough and the staff quite helpful. Only suggestion is they add more lamps on the bathroom since it’s not bright enough.
