This is my first time scaling here and I don't regret it. Mouthwash anesthesia is given first so it doesn't hurt too much. All staff are friendly. Complete facilities. Photos are included so you can see the before and after.

I'm scaling here with a bill of 1.5mio IDR. For a price like that, my expectation is a comfortable (or fancy) place, then the person doing the scaling is the doctor. Unfortunately, the place is just like cubicles without doors and the ones doing the scaling are the nurses. This was only conveyed after I had an X-ray and sat in the patient's chair. There are doctors who check, but only at the beginning and end. Then because the person doing the scaling is a nurse, the duration of the process is very long and uncomfortable (so far one of my scalings is the most uncomfortable), because of course their expertise is not like a doctor's. My advice is that it is better to say from the start that if you want to do scaling, it should be done by a nurse, so that the patient can decide whether to do scaling here or not. But apart from that, the nurses are friendly.

The place is really spacious, this is the first time I have been to a dental clinic where the facilities are very complete. The service during treatment was very satisfying, from the doctors and nurses. The doctor explained it in very detail, even here you can't just pull out any teeth, I had previously had braces treatment at another doctor, but I had 4 teeth removed to change my face. It turned out that after consulting Dr. Kim, my teeth should not have been extracted, I was very sorry. Finally I had the braces re-treated at Arirang, I'm waiting for the next review hehehehhehe
