A great place that can accomodate around 1,000 people for big events. The design of the buildings are easy to adjust for entertainers, public figures, VVIP invitations, and public. It is a sound-proof venue that can be great for music concerts as well

After renovation, Graha Bhakti Budaya had everything to be the best theatre hall. They have proportional and modern facilities to hold big events. Such as great sound system and lighting.

perfect place for theatrical performance, etc. although the toilets especially toilets backstage needs to be upgraded as backstage is where performers will spend most of their days, especially on tech week. capacity is pretty okay although not as big as teater jakarta. but i like how it has a pretty good view from every seat.

Art space in the city

One of the art performance hall in Jakarta. Located in the Taman Ismail Marzuki srt complex in Central Jakarta. Been used as performance hall for hundreds of art performance range from traditional dance, wayang puppet, music performance and also play.

Went there to watch a theatrical musical called polarisasi. I used public transport to go there, and it was really convenient. The building also nice and clean, and the one that I like is the surrounding ❤️

A bit old and the seats' legroom is tinyyyy and it makes going over others' legs extremely disturbing, yet the layout is nice and you will never get your view blocked. Close and intimate to the stage.

Well, it is an upgrade all right, but I think not with a proper system and concept. Typical Indonesian kind of upgrade project, unclear concept, short-term roadmap, and very bad maintenance operations. It's a new facility, yet already showing wear and tear.
