Not really that great as many reviews said. First, when i come in, the receiptionist gave me the last room which is near basement. That really awfull. I negotiating to change room bcs i already come early than other guest (cz he said many room that still avail but already taken). And finally we get a room in 1st floor. Then, after enter the room i suprised the towel and bedcover have many stain and look old. In towel there is many yellowish. Also in bedcover look not in good condition. I complain about this but the receiptionist said they didnt have any spare bedcover (isn’t funny?). Well, I feel disapointed. Personally, never gonna coming back. Hope they can improve the services. thankyou.

OK value for it's price. Not bad at all, but surely there's plenty of room for improvement. It's very affordable, and perfect just for rest after a busy day. But if you're looking for a place to stay during vacation, this is not an ideal one. Hot water, spacious parking lot, elevator. Very convenience.

Pros: Affordable, breakfast is 30k per person, service is excellent you get 2 bottle of drink daily. Hot water is available. Park is big enough. Close to main city. Good. Const: Quite hidden, car is hard to enter, no sign name. Still giving 5 star looking at the price given. Good.

A business hotel just a stone throw away from SCBD. The beds are very nice and the room itself is spacious. Power outlet aplenty and you got a table and chair too. Downside is that the place is on a very narrow road so you need to walk a bit to reach main road. Amenities is also a bit lacking so better bring your own dental needs (at least you got a towel). Check-in time is strictly 2 PM onwards so better come a little late than early.

With affordable price, you can get standard room. I got anthill in one of the sockets power, but it's not problem to me. Just using spray cleaner it's solved. Every day breakfast is Fried rice, I'm bored, but I have to eat because hungry. The location is near to SCBD, even entering a narrow alley, I thought this is good location, you just walking to SCBD 5-15 minutes. No need order motorcycle or car. It's better walking to maintain your healthy. Oh ya, Staff so friendly. Certainly, as a socially person, you just be friendly and say hello first.

The room is comfortable with king size bed, but the bathroom is quite small. Night view is awesome with high building lights. Kitchen service is okay, the breakfast was good. Room service is fast and can asked to clean the room anytime.
