Near the toll so it was easy to go to many places (serpong, sunter, airport etc). The bad things about Alfa is it has many portal that closed after 10 p.m and the complex became so dark and quiet. 🙈🙈🙈

Have good social life at here, good atmosphere, i have bring kids to walks or bicyling here.

Housing complex in joglo.....now the access to this area is reachable with the toll road

Old residential cluster. Have become strategic places since the completion of Jakarta Outer Ring Road section one. Its land and housing prices also increasing following the market trend. However this area is still mixed with the village around which increasing the security risk of burglary. Anyway some local residents have already done some solution like dedicated neighborhood watch around the cluster and manual gate arrangement.

An old housing complex. A shortcut way to big street Jl. Panjang Cidodol. There's alot places to visit like Mc Donalds, Giant Supermarket, Chicco Pharmacies (cheap medicines), lotta Foodcourts and a Swimming Pool.

Used to live here.. Safety is okay.. Comfort is good.. Facility is good with decent street for navigating and jogging / cycling

a nice place to live but its kinda an old area. the developer and management not too good manage the enviroment and public area

I have lived here since 2009, was a place in the middle of nowhere with tough access roads and bad traffic. However, since the new toll (JORR 2) was opened. This housing complex becomes very strategic. As it lies in the border of West Jakarta, South Jakarta and South Tangerang. Loving it.
