First and last time here... Bad scheduling/RSVP management.. Booked and paid for 2 person eyelash appointment. But when I got there, they can only do 1 person at a time, and asked me to wait for another hour. What's the point of making appointment then.. Finally,I left without getting the job done and asked for refund. Please, if u cant deliver, dont promise it..

Very bad services. Unwelcome staff. Bad attitude with impolite speech tone. when I arrived and met staff like that, I immediately leave and went home because I was treated with bad service. There’s only 2 staff and they both are the same. Just because I made an appointment at lunchtime. “Cuma bisa nail polos kak” 1 staff talked with me while sitting on the floor, chewing her food, and eating with her hands. And the other one said “GUE BLM MAKAN LAGI” with a noisy impolite tone. I feel bad for the owner of this business because she has a bad-quality staff like that. And also, the place is quite small, which doesn't matter IF the place is neat and clean. But unfortunately, it's not. I'm sorry but I'm very disappointed, especially with the staff and don't want to come back again. It cost me paid DP and taxi fees for nothing.
