This vet is very far from my house but i must come because my dog get parasite ih her blood and need blood transfusion. To me, this place like hospital for pets. So the first floor seems like emergency room, then you have to stay in fourth floor when you need staying for further treatment. The price is a little cheaper than vet in kelapa gading. The doctors in fourth floor are very friendly. They are professional, my dog is treated so well and I am satisfied. I love this place.

PDHB drh Cucu Kartini is one stop shopping to take care your pets. It consist 3 shophouse building in one complex shophouse building. One shophouse is dedicated for the animal hospital. The second shophouse is dedicated for the pet drugstore, and the third is dedicated for pet's daily needs, such as: food, vitamin, shampoo, soap, and so on. The drugstore is open 24 hours a day and keep open even at national holiday. The parking lots for your vehicle are more than adequate.

This vet is one of the best in Jakarta. Whenever I have issues with my cats, I always go here. Beware of the long queue! :)

Our first visit here was when we brought our 9 week old Corgi puppy for her second vaccine shot. It was around 8:30am on a Saturday when we arrived, and there was only 1 patient before us so we didn't have to wait long for our turn. Do note that this vet have 2 separate buildings located just 2 minutes walk away from each other. For our pup, we went to the maternity building. Registration was pretty fast, and the reception staffs were friendly and offered to help fill the form if we weren't able to. When it was our turn, we went upstairs to the vet's office, and our pup was checked right away. The vet (drh. Arpan) did a quick physical check, and examined a sample of something under the miscroscope (apologies as we didn't quite catch what it was or where it was taken from). Once that was done, the vaccine was administered and the vet completed the vaccination card for us with our pup's temperature, weight, and label taken from the vaccine bottle. He also warned us what symptoms look out for after the shot, and some tips about caring for a young puppy. We paid less than Rp300k for that visit, and overall we had a satisfying experience. Came here with my 11 years old pekingese dog.. had a rontgen with some issue on the lungs so my dog inhale with its mouth.. have an air treatment (uap) and o2.. after that being recommended to stay at there for 2 days minimal until can breath with its nose.. the staff said they will give water to my dog, but guess what there is no water being placed at the cage until 3 hours I came back to visit, my dog already collapsed and dead before I came.. the staff there said they already checked my dog 10minutes ago (I think the staff lied) the staff are still young (in 20s-30s) stupid staff that cost my dogs life..

Always took my kiddos here when they are sick. Last time I go there because she has tumor near her armpit. She was handled by dr. Diah. The operation was a success. Afterwards they did a biopsy on the tumor cell to checked its malignancy. Then, you can choose whether you want to take herb kemo or chemical kemo for your pets. The staff is quite cooperative and helpful. They also have pet salon here for grooming. Never try though.

The clinic closes on the 1st of every month. So be careful if there is an urgent case.

Professional, friendly vets and crews. Service quality of good value for money. You need to do both WA reservation, yet real line up would be upon arrival. The clinic also has in-patient facility nearby.

Worst vet in Jakarta, who runs a very, very cruel scam. Dr. Cucu herself is barely in, and she has many staff. Some, I’m sure, are perfectly amazing people. The one I dealt with, however, was extremely sadistic and cruel. I went here a few years ago as a first time cat owner. I followed all advice and asked to sterilize my cat. The vet then told me not to, because it’s a shame. My cat was a ragdoll… How about breeding it with her cat, so she can get kittens to sell? As a first time owner, I did not know much. I followed their advice to not sterilize my cat. Fast forward 2 years later and my indoor-only cat was sick. He can’t pee. I brought him in, and they told me that he can be helped with medication. They sold me expensive food, medicine and so on. I bought into it and brought my cat home. It did not take long for my cat’s condition to deteriorate. I brought him in again. This time, they offered expensive critical care, with him staying overnight (with charge). Again, I agreed. I wanted to save my cat. My cat was put in a cage, which is pretty standard. He was obviously suffering. They kept selling me hope. Then, my cat passes. I rushed back. They let me confirmed the body of the cat who saved me from my own mental illness. They let me hold him. Then, they told me this is ALL my fault. This is my fault for not sterilizing him (their advice, by the way). This is my fault for not noticing right away. This is ALL my fault and they’re amazing vets. …After which they offered me an expensive cremation option. I checked the paper, and it said I won’t get the ashes back despite the price. I asked, and they said it was mass cremation, which is why. In short, after doing that and manipulating you over your fur kid, they try to scam you ONE LAST TIME as they throw away the body of your fur kid without any heart. Here, I chose not to. But I heard yesterday this happened to someone else who in tears signed it off. She never got her dog’s ashes and can’t press charges. This happened a few years ago, and it took me months to recover from the emotional damage they caused to realize how messed up this is, so I no longer have hard evidence. So, I get that it is just my word against whatever they will say after this. But shame on you. This is extremely cruel to do to several people. There are better vets who care about your fur kids more in Jakarta. Go there instead.

Staffs are good and very communicative. My lovely cat went to the clinic with severe illness. The doctors team was very helpful and accomodating. They update me thru WA time to time regarding my cat conditions.

One of the doctors seemed like he didn't want to serve any more after he felt his responsibilities were finished, even though a doctor's responsibilities are not only during surgery but also after surgery. Starting from the doctor replying very late, I tried to understand that the doctor was busy, but after a while the chat was not answered at all, even though I asked about post-operative follow up which is still his responsibility, and this concerns checking up after surgery. Complete lack of empathy for our animals.
