Their services is very fast and efficient. From the start of my encounter with them, until the very end, service is first class. They are quick to acknowledge if there is something wrong, and decision making is fast. They make sure that customer is queen. I was fortunate to have the home service. Doctor made you feel at ease, she was very gentle and kind. Customer service is superb! I wish more institutions had this kind of service. With this experience, it make me want to get vaxxed or jabbed here instead of the hospital in the future. 😂

I made an appointment on 26th of July to have my HPV vaccination on the 2nd of August. As i’ve arrived in front of the clinic, some people around the area told me that the clinic has closed down and is about to move. I was asked to whom i was making the appointment with, and i told them i was chatting with the admin person, so how i am supposed to know who the admin was. I was given phone number of someone from Vaxcorp who might help. I called her and asked her before i filling the online form again (which i had done on the 26/7 for registration purposes), whether i can receive my jab per today as planned or not, she said yes but currently only home-service, i said i have no prob with that. As i’ve given her the information needed (name, address, etc), she said the appointment per 2nd of aug is full and i can only receive my (supposedly-today) jab ob the 4th of august!! Clearly, it’s not my mistake of not managing my schedule properly, and super clearly this shows how unprofessional the clinic personnels are. Maybe the admin person can learn how to make announcement to let clients know that they are moving out before scheduling appointments. My case could be not critical, but for other cases, life could be at stake. Train your personnels properly Vaxcorp!

We got quality service and great vaccine experiences here. Although it's still in their renovation process, customer service is always on top. Keep up your great work, Vaxcorp Indonesia!

Finally I found my go-to vaccination clinic. There will never be no crowd they claimed and It's true. Every single client are on schedule so another plus point, no more waiting. The staff and medical staff are friendly, and patiently giving us information about the better steps to do according to our health history. p. s : Don't have to worry about parking lot! 🤣 and If youre too busy they have VIP private service, they will come to you. Def going to try it in the future!

CONS: Vaccine appointment was requested to arrive at 8-9 am, arrived at the clinic at 8.10 am informed that the vaccine stock was empty and was being delivered, finally waited a long time until 10.30 before the vaccine delivery courier arrived, this was a waste of the customer's time. Lost 1/2 working day for the vaccine. Hopefully this input can be fixed PROS: Friendly service, minimal queues

I went to accompany my girlfriend to be vaccinated and found out somehow they closed without prior notice when we arrived there. Costs us travel time and effort. We tried to contact every possible person from Vaxcorp but no one helped, such an unprofessional clinic!

Stafs and the doctor are friendly. They dont judge & pressure eventhough in the first tension i got 151/118, and then went normal after minutes. Looking forward for the second dose. Thanks alot

I went here for university purposes and the staff here were very kind, understanding, and patient. Just let them know what you need and they will deliver. The doctor was very skilled in administering the vaccinations, I barely felt any pain at all. I also saw that they were very welcoming to non-Indonesians as well, which is a plus.

It's the 2nd times today i get a vaccines from vaxcorp.. There's 2 lady in reception which is so warmly greeting me just when i got into the building & very politely for explaining to me regarding which kind of vaccine that i would take, and if i'm not wrong the name of doctor is doctor nina i'm little bit forgot, well nevertheless she's also politely explaining bout' all the details regarding the vaccine. Overall it's totally satisfied with the service of the vaxcorp, i'll recommend it to all my fellas later on when they'll ask for the place to get vaccinated.
