Mall
staff
is
offering
you
unfriendly
service!
If
you
want
to
buy
high
end/luxurious
product
maybe
the
staff
in
each
store/tenant
is
well
trained
and
very
respectful
towards
the
customer,
they
smile
and
giving
you
hospitality.
Unfortunately,
the
mall
staff
itself
is
arrogant,
rude,
disrespectful
and
useless!
Staff
only
available
on
entrance/lobby,
they're
difficult
to
find
because
of
the
mall
layout
and
because
they
only
availabe
on
entrance/information
centre
(if
you
compare
with
Grand
Indonesia
or
other
'normal
mall'
the
staffs
there
are
easy
to
find,because
they
are
availabe
in
all
floors/near
escalators
and
elevators).
I
got
an
issues
with
my
BNI
ATM
card
and
I
seek
for
the
staff
assistance
to
help
me
report
to
the
bank
via
phone,
instead
they
said:'
oo,if
it's
ATM
it's
none
of
our
business,
you
should
call
the
bank
yourself,
we
won't
call
the
bank
for
you!'
I
know
it
is
not
their
job
to
report
the
bank,
BUT
I
WAS
ASKING
IF
I
COULD
MAKE
A
PHONE
CALL
FROM
THE
INFORMATION
CENTRE!!
They
still
said
no
and
instead,
The
mall
staff
is
direct
me
to
4th
floors,
which
the
bank
is
located
(it's
far
from
lobby
FYI)
and
when
I
arrived
there
the
BANK
IS
CLOSED!
For
the
mall
I
can
only
said
you
offer
the
customer
a
facilities
and
ATM
centre
is
one
of
them!
You
should
at
least
tell
your
customer
if
the
Machine
is
broken,
mark
it!!!
Maintaining
and
checking
your
facilities
is
your
responsibility
for
sure!
Your
staff
is
very
rude?
Why
is
that?
is
it
because
your
customer
is
not
'rich
enough'
looking???!
what
a
disaster!
If
you
want
but
luxurious
product
I
suggest
you
to
go
to
Senayan
City
or
Plaza
Senayan
instead!
all
the
staff
there
is
very
nice
to
customer
regardless
of
customer
apperance!
