I know it is not their job to report the bank, BUT I WAS ASKING IF I COULD MAKE A PHONE CALL FROM THE INFORMATION CENTRE!! They still said no and instead, The mall staff is direct me to 4th floors, which the bank is located (it's far from lobby FYI) and when I arrived there the BANK IS CLOSED! For the mall I can only said you offer the customer a facilities and ATM centre is one of them! You should at least tell your customer if the Machine is broken, mark it!!! Gancy is the best mall of south jakarta

Hands down one of the best mall in Jakarta in terms of service and hospitality. The security, cleaning staffs, etc are very nice. It's an old mall but the place is very well maintained. They have many designer shops as well.

The perfect place to get high branded items,such as LV,Bally,Dior,Hermes,etc etc..

One of those old malls in Jakarta. However, they are not out dated, still exclusive and constantly modernized following current trends. Their segment is up and upper level market. You will find high fashion brands opening their stores here. The restaurants are also top notch. Nonetheless, there are still some budget friendly tenants so worry not if you concern about your spending 😉 It is pretty much "quiter" compared to Grand Indonesia Mall accross the street. However, you might find difficulties to find parking lot in the weekend. So, better be early. Despite of that, it is always be one of my fav malls to visit ♥️

What a great place to do shopping and strolling around. But, as this place located at the elite area of Jakarta, you have to be ready to spend a lot of expenses here. It's kinda not a cost friendly place, but still worth it.

High quality mall, very strategic and only walking distance from the Bundaran HI landmark and its MRT station. Very clean and have lots of designer brand outlet, if you want to spend money on high end products then this mall is the right choice to visit.

Always love this shopping centre since beginning of the operation. I can say it is upgraded from time to time and then the effort to put art creation inside the mall worths to get appreciation. This time is LV statues with green nuance and really kind of oasis for eyes.

I think this is the oldest shopping Mal in Jakarta. Now it has a new face because it has been renovated. It has outdoor space also. You also can buy souvenir here and other unique stuff. I recommend you to come here by public transportation so you don't need to turn around just to find the parking space.

Well, it's rich people's mall The ventilation on LG is kinda bad tho, you can feel it the moment you get down there

I love this mall. This mall just too perfect to stand in the Bunderan HI, kinda lavish mall with many boutique to explore. Also attach to Grand Hyatt, what a combination, dont you think? Security are helpful, well at least to me 😃 Also you can expect to spend hours and hours in there, stop by at food court with Roembulan is the main highlight for me. Also there's many boutique for sports lover and up-to-date cafe to chill and a place to sit before resume to find your most sought items in the mall. Have a go.

Great place.to hang out.. a great place to shop too.. if you don't care about the price tags.. :D

Is a massive plaza has everything you need or want...would give it a 5 star if it was more easier to find a information board as it is so big kept getting lost ..also mostly famous brand name shops so is more for the wealthy ... not for a average income person and not a place where you can barter for better prices ..but is modern clean and great to buy real fashion brand names not fake like yo can see in street markets a rolex watch here is real not fake

Love this plaza, high end shopping centers. Clean and nice inside but not the outside surroundings. Very messy, crowded with motorcyclists park outside the mall and side streets food seller ruin the high class image of this mall sadly.

One of the best Mall to visit. Clean, exclusive, friendly staffs. Parking can be difficult on the weekend. I suggest you find parking straight to P4 / P5 (mostly you will able to find parking here). Air Conditioning is hot. Maybe need maintanance.

This place houses floors and floors and floors of high end premium brands. Big and clean and spacious luxury mall selling all the premium luxury high end labels and brands. Plenty of food options as well, mostly international brands. This place is just a short walk to / from the Bundaran HI MRT Station.

One of my hang out places since the 90s, and it's a walking distance from our house. It used to have a disco club back then. Good old days! :) Nowadays it is becoming more exclusive, full of fashion boutique. It is still one of the best mall in Jakarta.

This place is absolutely HUGE! Many outlets in this 5-6 floored shopping complex. The cinema is located on the top floor. Food supermarkets and restaurants are located mainly on the bottom floor. Lots of luxury branded fashion stores on 1st floor. Other outlets I can't remember... this place is just too big for purpose. Definitely, you could unwillingly spend a couple of hours in this place if you don't have a plan for what you want to purchase. So know which stores you want to visit beforehand! Friendly and lovely security on the doors. I'm giving this a 3 star because it's so HUGE that you will have slight issues locating the shop(s) you want or like myself end up unable to find the damn exit to leave the building ! Although this does have a touch screen store locater on the 2 or 3 floor..... It's still a somewhat confusing and tedious place to navigate.

As one of the oldest plazas in the middle of downtown Jakarta. Huge 7 storey shopping mall with upscale boutiques, food outlets & supermarkets. If we want to shop for something with high quality, come to this plaza. Do not miss it…. 👍

Best mall to do shopping luxury or no luxury items . The best part is it is part of the best hotel in Jakarta Grand Hyatt. Missing part is the food court. Restaurants are scattered all over . Loved this place.
