Avoid
this
facility.
As
a
previously
loyal
member,
I'm
sad
to
say
this
facility's
good
days
are
far
behind
it.
Most
of
the
staff
are
nice
enough
people,
but
the
facility
is
dirty,
the
equipment
is
old
and
in
disrepair,
and
no
one
respects
or
adheres
to
basic
rules
regarding
sanitation,
COVID
safety
protocols,
and
gym
etiquette
-
including
the
staff
themselves.
Furthermore,
most
of
the
trainers
appear
totally
apathetic
and
do
not
assist
or
supervise
any
members,
including
those
who
clearly
need
it.
When
they
work
with
paying
clients,
they
can
often
be
seen
prescribing
exercises
that
no
properly-trained
fitness
or
medical
professional
would
ever
recommend
(e.g.,
those
that
cause
serious
injury
or
are
dangerous
based
on
clients'
age,
health
condition,
or
fitness
level).
But
perhaps
worst
of
all,
the
ECE
management
is
dishonest,
unreliable,
and
only
cares
about
money
-
not
member
safety
or
loyalty.
When
nearly
all
other
facilities
in
Jakarta
&
Bali
worked
with
clients
to
find
actual
solutions
due
to
the
COVID
shutdown,
ECE
management
took
100%
of
the
money
of
annual-paying
members
while
only
offering
non-solutions
like
memberships
"freezes"
(not
a
solution
for
many,
such
as
those
only
in
city
for
a
short
period)
or
insisting
members
become
sales
reps
and
"sell"
their
memberships
to
other
people.
Bizarre.
When
they
finally
offered
other
actual
solutions
for
loyal
members
such
as
myself
(after
much
pressure),
they
would
fail
to
follow-up
then
go
back
on
their
promises.
To
this
day,
I
haven't
seen
a
penny
of
my
money
(close
to
USD$1,000)
despite
documented
promises
to
the
contrary
from
the
GM
Bpk.
Bobby
Ferdian
and
Customer
Service
Manager
Ibu
Intan
Yasmin.
My
humble
recommendation:
avoid
this
facility
at
all
costs.
There
are
plenty
of
other
places
that
are
cleaner,
have
better
equipment,
proper
trainers,
and
whose
management
have
actual
integrity.
