    First time being there with the worst experience ever. Got referred by a doctor at another hospital to see a doctor there to seek for second opinion. Because the situation was quite urgent, once referred, I directly called the hospital to check the availability of the doctor. It was said to me that the doctor was available at the moment and I was asked to go there directly as the doctor was available and would be waiting just for me because he got no other patients. It was 5:30PM and I was asked to arrive before 7.30PM I got there at 6:00 PM. Since I was a new patient at the hospital, I needed to go to the admission to register as a new patient. Thereโ€™s only one admin staff doing the admission. The staff had been dealing with this one customer for 40 minutes since I arrived. It was super very annoying. I confronted him asking if there would be another staff coming to help him out. He made a call but none came. Since I was told that the doctor was just waiting for my arrival, I left the admission and directly went to the polyclinic where the doctor was practicing, to make sure that doctor would still be waiting for me. The nurse there said that the doctor was still on his way to the hospital due to heavy traffic and there were 5 to 6 patients waiting for him as well. At that point I was so annoyed that I left the hospital without saying anything. I hope I would never have to go here ever again. Worst experience ever.

    Visiting & accompanying inpatient client (surgical). Luckily this hospital got small drinks counters as I need to get some coffee shot --> Dum Dum Thai Coffee while waiting for the operating time. Doctors, Nurses, Staffs are helpful, polite, resourceful.

    Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

    If you are a foreigner, DO NOT go to this hospital! I've been there 2 times, first alone then with a friend who also needed help and we both didn't get proper treatment plus communication at this place is at zero. Everyone sent me from one place to another, from one floor to another, even though my insurance company contacted marketing so many times confirming that they could help me. It is a huge mess. In the end, I left the place with no help and no information. I wasted half a day there and got nothing.

    The best private hospital group chain so far. Staffs are all professional, even the security teams. Seemed like they all well-coordinated to the system. Nurses constantly reconfirm to the schedule for next appointment. They knew exactly what to do for this or that patients' schedule. Sometimes I also forget about next appointment, and the nurse reminds me. Freshly new experience this week; my wife had a visit to the emergency due to unknown sickness but similar symptoms like corona. Therefore she got Red Sticker. At the time we wanted to use Red Sticker Elevator, inside of it was pack full with hospital staffs. Once they saw my wife's Red Sticker, they all immediately got out to wait for other elevator (non Red Sticker) and let us in.     Came here again after a few years. The place has been renovated, some places has switched n modernized in terms of interiors n its appliances. It felt like stepping into a shopping mall, friendly n warmer. We went to eight floor, place was equipped with a really clean bathroom, couches n tea coffee maker. Doctor n nurses were courteous. The hospitality extends to the nurses on other floors too, in Radiology, n even inside the lift when one nurse sprayed my hands after i pushed the lift button. Parking a bit limited, for outsiders only can park at B1.

    I was hospitalized here for 4 days. Probably the most comfortable hospital I've ever been to. Nurses are very caring to my needs. Emergency care is very quick in handling my issues. Food are really good, cleaning staffs are very polite. Regarding the doctors. I consulted with 3 different specialists, two of them are very detailed and attentive, but one of them did not really take me seriously. So it's a bit hit and miss depending on which doctor u got assigned to. Other than that, it's a really recommended hospital. Thank you for taking care of me these past 4 days. I went home feeling much better.

    This hospital isnโ€™t recommended. At the beginning everything is fine, during treatment till the end so many troubles (hospitalโ€™s management isnโ€™t following International standard) management so very bad and not professional, they got email they never read it also never replay they just act like as never got anything and just blame client for their mistake. Noise from drilling things by contractor renovation too loud over than tolerance, it seem we are sitting in project not hospital. As International standard canโ€™t be approved. If you are tourists from aboard be aware if your travel insurance must paid, because they press you to paid by your self even your insurance under approved by united nation also not valid, admission donโ€™t know how itโ€™s work and meaning of International also never reading the letter so they never sending the bills and medical reports. They take easy way ask you to pay that all. Lucky the kassa division understand very well my explanation and including following the international rules they works really professional. All troubles I had with admission division I reported to SOS International. And I will write my experience about this hospital management to European website.

    Excellent services and the most comfortable hospital Iโ€™ve ever been. what to improve: they need to make invoice and prescription into e-invoice, e-prescription. such a waste of paper, I dont think every patient will need those docs, even so its better if we keep that doc in email. anw we need to save the earth, for such a great hospital like RSPI I think they should treat the world a better place for human being :)

    My wife paid 2.3 mil rupiah for swab test on Sept 26th 2020 arrived there 09.30 morning. They said if you come before 12 noon , the result will be sameday between 06.00 pm to 11.00 pm. My wife asked again around 11.30 pm and until now Sept 27th 2020 at 00.19 am still no answer from them what so ever. Good job guys!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! And please dont reply this comment with busy excuses due to many people do swab or rapid. What will customer get from this situation??? NONE!!!!

    I've been a patient of a few hospitals both abroad and in Indonesia. It's quite hard to find an Indonesian Hospital with good service. This hospital is one of them. I've had an accident which resulted in bone fractures almost 10 months ago. I had to be operated 3 times, got a blood donation once. The Service is great. The orthopedi clinic on 8th floor is spacious and bright. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. I feel taken care of.

    People go to the hospital to get rest and get better. Not this week. The workers are renovating the building and have been making noise ALL DAY LONG, YESTERDAY THEY WORKED TILL 9 PM. C'MON MANAGEMENT... IF YOU WANT TO RENOVATE, DON'T SELL THE ROOM TO YOUR PATIENTS AS THEY CANNOT REST ALL DAY LONG BEING DISTURBED BY THE HAMMERING, DRILLING ETC. WHAT A SHAME. I'D GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I CAN. BTW, other than that, the other services are good. Nurses, cleaning service, food, etc, are very good.

    Staying in the ICU for the past 3 days and I can say I'm having the most excellent care and service from the hospital staff. The room is spacious, clean, tidy and sufficiently bright. I love the ambience. Special thanks to Nurses: Elisabet, Devi, and Apong for the outstanding professionalism. They're so friendly and caring. Definitely not the scary and cold ICU that I've imagined those rooms would feel like. Thank you for making my recovering days bright ๐Ÿค

    Excellent service from start til the end; from the moment we got into ER, the treatment on the 6th floor ward, right up untill discharged. The whole staffs were so helpful, friendly, and caring; the nurses, doctors, and admin teams were helpful with the insurance issues, even the housekeeping teams were also great. Foodwise, everything tasted great despite no MSG used on any meals provided to patient. The chery on top maybe the Nurses' attention to details to patient's wellbeing. Itโ€™s so admirable, even their after discharged-service are top-notch. Thanks and keep up the great work!

    The Dr Richard (Dental Specialists) with nurses Risma and Dwi has been very professional and very understanding of the patient's condition. I initially had required a filling on one teeth and I also felt sensitivity on adjacent teeth. I contacted Dr Richard and he advised me to come in to see and him and he assessed my teeth very carefully and had given me treatment to the condition accordingly. I highly recommend Dr Richard for any one who need dental care treatment and want a professional will pay attention to detail to understand the patient conditions and then provide treatment accordingly.

    the best hospital... i thought it was better rspi than siloam!! trust me.... the service, good stuff, good equipment, this hospital its really clean, and not crowded! and a huge hospital.... unlike a siloam,, siloam (kb jrk) is crowded, small. and you can got a long long queue... and siloam hospital look like a market... and the interior should upgrade.. is too old... even the parking always FULL...

    Veryy memorable experience as always. Why? 1. Im a patient of Dr. Calvin Tjong. If you know or heard of him, you know that hes one of the best OB Gyn in Jakarta, not only that, hes only one of the few who is PRO NATURAL birth. He never make up excuses to end you up in a CSection, instead he always encourage and push you from visits after visits to make sure you will have a Natural delivery at the end. Hes not for everyone though, hes very straight forward, so if you like to chat about useless things he will simply ignore it. Hes focused in his patientโ€™s care, and I can see thats why he doesnt like to waste time in chit chatting about unimportant things. He will tell you what you need to know, and the things that are important in your situation. And He will make sure that your baby will come out healthy, with good birth weight, and born safely. Doesnt matter if you have entangled cord, preeclampsia, breech, he will try his best to make sure your baby come out naturally. And for giving birth, theyre not the most expensive in jakarta, but they give you a great value for the money you spend in this hospital. I can see why their maternity care is very sought after by many people in the area. My first born was born in 2017, and second born was 2022, both times they give us: โ€œSweet Escapeโ€ by Axioo a picture of our newborn, styled baby, ofcourse ๐Ÿ˜; and a baby bag, inside was full of stuff from Pigeon baby care, Loccitane bath and body care for mom, Sebamed soap set, Merries Diaper set, Sweeties diaper and wet towel set, Johnson&Johnson Soap set, and last but not least a gift voucher of Mothercare for 250k. And thats not all, now they also take care of our child's birth certificate, perubahan KK here! Isn't that amazing?! I remember for my first born they didnt have this service and it was such a hassle for me to go to Dukcapil, etc etc to take care of KK ๐Ÿ˜ช but now they do it for you. So I recommend if you live around Jakarta Barat/ Pusat area, and you are determined to deliver Naturally, ou can go to this hospital and look for Dr. Calvin, and I guarantee you will have a memorable one!

    I was treated in the emergency unit today. The doctor and nurses are highly attentive and communicative. The procedures were being done meticulously and the results came out in time as the prediction. Iโ€™ve been to RSPI Puri Indah for several times and always satisfied with the service.

    We brought a family member to this hospital because he felt weak from diarrhea. The hospital immediately admitted him to the emergency ward and insisted he be tested for Covid. The test came back positive and the hospital claimed he must be isolated on a floor designated for Covid patients. We requested a retest to reconfirm our family member is positive before putting him at risk on the same floor with other Covid patients but the nurse rejected our wish. We then insisted we do our own rapid antigen first and the nurse said even if all the tests show negative results, the hospital will still consider our family member positive. Why has the hospital rejected our request for a retest ? Is the test rigged to increase hospital profit at the cost of potential victims/patients ? What do the hospital has to hide ? Every Covid patient must pay additional Rp1.5 million for hospital staffs protective gears everyday but the hospital staffs will wear the same protective gears the whole day attending all of its Covid patients โ€ฆ Plenty can go wrong โ€ฆ We were at the hospital about 5pm and the hospital claimed a room will be available as soon as the existing patient checked out of the room. We waited for 4 hours and the admin told us it is still waiting for the existing patient to get out of the room. When we said we have decided to move our family member to another hospital, immediately the admin said he can be moved to another room on the same floor which is emptyโ€ฆ

The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get!     I got injured after new yearโ€™s holidays and tore my meniscus. My orthopedic doctor is Dr. Rizky Priambodo. He's an expert in this kind of injury. I also had my operation with Dr. Rizky, and now I still have to follow up for post-operation care. I appreciate RSPI for their assistance. The nurses and admission staff provided excellent service. Called Ambulance service for my Father-in-Law who experienced vomiting and gastric problems, they are fast and helpful throughout the process .     RSPI has been my go to hospital. I used to go to the one in Bintaro this round i tried the one in Puri Indah . The place is clean and comfy, I had my MRI do to sport injury. The nurses are very helpful and informative (mbak Hesty and another lady that has assist me today). They gave earplug and headphones for our comfort during the process. I slept like a baby.

    Our baby girl got admitted to the hospital due to the very bad pollution in Jakarta. RSPI is known for their high quality services, our room (819) was very comfortable, we asked for baby chair and sterilizing machine as we did not bring our own, they gladly provide us with those ! Also, couldnโ€™t be more thankful to all the nurses (Putri, Ranis, Destiani, Zulfa) for taking care of our baby girl, when we press for the help button, they immediately came to our room Last but not least, for the food catering. They asked what our baby girl would like to have for her meal, she just started solid so i was just asking what they have on the menu and iโ€™ll just pick the one that the most suitable for us. But they reply me saying i can request whatever the baby is having at home, so there is no menu, i simply say (i want grounded beef patty with no salt and sugar, with oatmilk made with just water and pureed it and mashed potato) and they deliver the exact food that i mentioned, all within the right texture.
